The photos are the 2nd time I picked this shirt up after I sent it back for wrinkles the first time. Another shirt in my order had broken buttons and had to be sent back also, and they all had completely jacked up collars. I asked the clerk about quality control and why they let clothes go out the door like this, she said they don't check them after they're done, that's why they're ready so fast. I have never had an item come back from here without an issue. And I didn't even mean to use them, I had no idea that they bought out Finley's or I'd have gone somewhere else after they destroyed a comforter of mine years ago. Would not use again or recommend.

Took my suit to have the pants hemmed and the whole suit cleaned on a Friday.  They told me it would be ready no later than Tuesday but possibly Monday.  Monday morning I get a message saying it's ready.  I go on Tuesday and my jacket had been cleaned but nothing with my pants. The lady  (who couldn't even apologize for the inconvenience) said that someone was supposed to call me Monday because the seamstress couldn't sew that material, then asked if i still wanted them cleaned... now i need this suit tomorrow and not only did they not communicate properly but my pants still aren't cleaned.  I won't be using them again.

I have been using these cleaners for years. They do a great job with my clothing. I love heavy starch and they do a great job starching my clothes. My wife hates the plastic the clothes come back in and they have given me a reusable fabric bag so no more plastic. They also take hangers back so your closet isn’t full of wire hangers. Very happy with their service.

My dress had a pull down a straight creased line, maybe happened while pressing? Didn't really even seem clean. I didn't notice until already at home :(

Also, didn't sew the button on I asked for them to and lost the button to boot. They were apologetic and offered to replace the button. I just didn't have time to mess with it.

I'll go somewhere else next time (especially after I found the pulls in my dress).

In February, we were able to purchase 4 new suits. We took one of them to Shawnee Cleaners, to be cleaned and pressed for the first time (I had worn it 5, maybe 6 times). When my wife picked it up, she noticed 3 small but very obvious holes in the left sleeve. The employee, and then the owner, implied that the holes were already there, that she knew it, and we were trying to take advantage of them.

I returned a few days later to discuss it, and he (the owner) basically said the same thing to me. He did say he would give us some money and store credit, but would not replace the jacket. I know nothing about dry cleaning, but I do know that when we dropped it off the holes were not there, and they were when they were finished with it. The jacket was no longer fit to be worn.  I felt like it should be replaced.

I told him that whatever the outcome was, we would be sharing it with our friends, and what we passed on was now up to him. He became angry, told me I had “p***ed him off” and that I was blackmailing him. Then he told me to “hit the door”, so I immediately left.

We had a bad experience,  it has dirty sections and we got stuck with one of the rusted laundry baskets, because the few good ones were already taken.  Our clothes dryer didn't seem to be getting very warm either, even though I had it on the highest setting. I felt, that the 6.00 dollar washing machine didn't have the price clearly posted, but once I started putting quarters in, i was stuck and the quater return wasn't working that day, for me. It was extremely hot in the customer area even in the morning.  A tall bald muscular man got mad at me for leaving for 30 minutes to run an erand at the library.  His anger seemed unreasonable to me. Years ago, it use to be a good laundromat,  but i wouldn't want to go back now. On our recent visit, I gave up and left with damp clothes, it just wasn't worth it, to me.

The laundromat was pretty clean and their were several machines open for use.  Plenty of change machines, atm as well as snack and drink machines

The woman that worked in there was very rude I come in to do my laundry and I asked her a question because the machine took my money and I was trying to get her attention she did not answer because of the machines I kind of yelled a little louder so she can hear me she looked at me and as she came over there she was being disrespectful saying I was trying to cause a scene and I was just trying to ask her to get my money back and I was being respectful to her but she kept on yelling at me

Very nice laundromat.   Clean, plenty of machines, but the blonde lady that works there is very unkind and appears to think she is some kind of wonderful.  She made every attempt to be sarcastic when I ask two simple questions.  I don't use laundromat service often but geeeez she seams to think if you are using hers you must be trash.

Highly recommend, very clean, and tons of seating options, while completing your laundry.

Love this cleaner and the staff. Wouldn’t trust my business clothes or rodeo shirts with anyone else. They are always fast and it’s a high quality cleaning, never any weird smells/creases/lint/etc I’ve encountered at other places!

We have been using them for over a year and are always satisfied! They do a great job starching items and their turnaround time is reasonable. We have also had jeans repaired there which was super convenient!

They charged me 40 for a blanket because i spilt a small amount of cereal on it.I could not afford to pick it up.I am a disabled vet with a very small ssi income.

I have used Seminole Cleaners many times in past for alterations.  Always had been a fair price and good work.  This time I was charged a high price to simply hem four men's shirts.  Then to be charged an environmental fee on top of that plus a 3% fee for paying electronically. I am disappointed in this business for their adding the fee without customer knowledge.  You post that customers can get a discount if they pay by cash.  There is no discount!  You will be charged their price for the service regardless.  You just won't be charged a 3% fee IF you pay by cash. That is not a discount.  Why not post a sign that bluntly says you will charge that fee, passing your cost on to the customer?  That way, there is no surprise or dishonesty in what you are doing.  Very poor business integrity.

They lied about item that I brought in to get clean they told me when I dropped it off it would be one price and when I went to pick it up they double it.
