This is 100% best the best dry cleaning service I have ever used and most likely the best in the state. They are professional and extremely courteous. I've have used Essex Cleaner four times now for dry cleaning, cleaning of heavy household items like comforters, and wash and fold services for daily laundry needs. Great tailor! Brought in my favorite hoodie to get fixed and they did a great job fixing the zipper, replacing the elastic cuffs, and even mended some minor holes here and there for a really reasonable price.

I put three coats inside that cleaners. Two coats needed a zipper the other leather needed to be mend. My black favorite leather coat came back greenish blue With the arms burnt  on   My soft leather coat. Red marks in the front of the coat and a big circle in front also . All I asked for him to do is to  replaces a zipper. Brown  leather came out fine with a new zipper. My last cream trench coat, look like he cut 2  inches off the bottom and now it looks like a coat. The lining on the coat is hanging out because the coat was a long trench.  Only if you can see thisl it will make you cry. This establishment needs to go out of business really. Stopped in here to get a button sewn back on.  The woman at the counter was very nice and helpful and even repaired the button while I waited.  I did ask for the shirt to be cleaned as well and I was told that it could be ready for Thursday (and this was on a Friday) so I'm not sure how quick they're dry cleaning normally is if you are in a rush.  The laundromat looked clean, well lit, and we'll laid out but I haven't used it yet.  I would recommend trying this place!

I have been using this Laundry and Dry Cleaners for several years since I live here in the neighborhood. I wash clothes here, and I put my Uniforms in the cleaners. This is my first time here and this is a wonderful laundromat, my washer was $4.50 for 42 minutes of wash and my dryer was $1.25 for 21 minutes of dryer time.

So I Goes to this Place because the dry cleaners I normally go to closed on sundays , so I takes my 3 items walk into the place , first off she makes eye contact with me soon as I walk in and then proceeds to continue her non work conversation. Then after 3 minutes she comes over I tell her I wanna drop these 3 items off she told me $16 dollars which is not bad but she told I had to put a deposit down on 16 dollars out of my whole life of going too dry cleaners I’ve never put a deposit down this place is horrible and terrible services #CancelJPCleaners

This is an overdue review. Christy has been kind and accommodating each time I’ve dropped off clothes for dry cleaning and alterations. I have no complaints about the dry cleaning, and I was pleased with the alterations done on a bridesmaid dress last summer. She has been very kind to my kids each time as well, offering them some candy when they come with me.

She will let you know if she doesn’t feel like she can do it in time, but she works hard to make it happen. Paying in cash and dropping off on Tuesdays will be your best bet for a discount if you are bringing a number of items.

I was trying on my bridesmaid dress one final time before I packed up my things and headed out of state for a wedding the next day. I noticed a dark stain on my chiffon dress that has only been worn at the tailor. This stain could have been days old. I was obviously stressed as this dress was for my best friend’s wedding that was the very next day. I stopped into All Seasons Cleaners to see if they could offer any assistance. They said they could not guarantee anything but asked me to trust the process. They were able to get the stain out of the dress and I was still able to leave on time to make it to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding the next day. Thank you so, so much! You saved the day! I will definitely back to drop off the dress for the post-wedding cleaning!

They did a good job. My shirt was dirty and most of the stains were taken out. There was a good improvement. In addition, the hard stains were not as visible.

On Wednesday, 6/4 I took my granddaughters graduation dress to the cleaners to be altered. We had just received the dress for graduation day on Saturday, 6/7. When my granddaughter tried the dress on it was too big in the shoulders and needed to be taken in in the shoulders. Long story short the seamstress was overwhelmed with graduation alterations and we needed the dress back by Friday. I am happy to say that the seamstress took on my granddaughters dress anyway and when I picked it up on Friday the dress fit perfectly. Do not use this dry cleaner! He ruined my Burberry trench and refused to take responsibility! He blamed me for a BLUE chemical stain that was not on the coat when I dropped it off as he clearly looks at garments when they are dropped off! I understand accidents happen but they should take responsibility and correct their mistakes.

They ruined a newly bought suitcoat and blamed me for the four bad spots-stains and the woman who checked me in (newly hired and newly fired the same week) -- did not mark it and did not point it out to me but the owner claimed it was ruined when I brought them this expensive suit (worn five times only) into this establishment.

You can tell she really cares about their job and that really shows in their work. When I first brought this jumpsuit to her, it was probably 4 sizes too big and she made it fit like a glove. I went on a Tuesday 11/4/25 3/4pm they were very crowded, so I left out decided to come back at a later time, in which it’s was a great idea! I arrived back @ 4am the the center was totally empty, that’s how I like it. The machine to get the wash card take debit & Apple Pay, the dry is FREE unlike other locations in the city I use to go to, it was very clean! The laundry attendant was very helpful, he showed me how to use my wash card, his customer service is outstanding! This is my new favorite laundromat! Keep up the great work bakers center staff Fox st! 😊

Nice laundry 🧺! Very clean with big washers and dryers. They take cash, card, Apple Pay and has a bill breaker. Bathrooms are relatively clean for a laundry and the staff is helpful. There are vending machines with snacks, water, etc.

Spent over 60$ washing four loads of clothes, I selected the option on the machine of extra wash and extra rinse. I used a 155 load box of detergent to ensure cleanliness.  I opened the machines to a foul odor. Worst than a mildew smell. The machines must need a cleaning themselves.  Which must be the reason they have no rewash signs all over the laundromat. Waste of my time and money.

If you go early morning or afternoon is quiet the machines all work good free dryer the workers are very nice and it's huge everyone not all squished up together

I have been going to Four Seasons for 7 years and wouldn't consider taking my best clothes anywhere else.

Went to this place for 4 years and it is the best place in rittenhouse for dry cleaning, mending, and tailoring. Sadly I moved so have to find a new spot. They were always thoughtful, efficient, and did excellent work. I will miss it!

Went to get the hem of a sleeve resewn and the bottom of the double stitch was below where the fabric stopped. Went to get the inside of a pleather jacket resewn and the fabric on one of the sleeves was damaged - looked like bubble plastic. I pointed it out, they played dumb. And had the nerve to say the damage on the pleather jacket was from wear and tear. I asked for my money back, they said no. I will never go back there.

Highly recommend this place (at least for tailoring)! They took the waist in & shortened a dress I had and it looks perfect now. The pricing was very reasonable too ($46 for my dress - and there was a lot of work to do). Will be returning!
