This is my first time here!
The place is 24hours it’s clean inside.  As well as the bathroom.  One bathroom for both sex’s.
Lady working here is really nice too. Considering allllll the pricing
is reasonable I found a good laundry spot

Each time I have gone there it has been clean and I really like that there are attendants always there! Machines are a bit pricey but everything is pricey now a days....I will be back while I am still working in this area.

The manager Taqia is so personable. I appreciate her warm smile in recognition of her repeat customers. This location is very clean. The great staff makes the slightly expensive prices worth it. Speed Queen Laundry makes you feel like family especially with great leadership welcoming us in. The laundry service is top notch. 👌

I love this laundromat, Daikiya & Martha are beyond amazing. Rhonda is a little crazy but I haven't seen her in a while... the facility is clean and well-managed. This is my go-to laundromat.

Pricey. Laundry cards no cash or coins so plan ahead.  If you want to wash 2 pairs of jeans and a shirt this may not be your place. Lol. 4.50 smallest washer, dryers start at 2.95 plus 1.00 for cards.  Most washers look like their 6.50. Place clean, quiet, lots of parking,

The little short lady working 7/04 around 1pm is extremely rude. I needed quarters and you would have thought that I asked her for a kidney or something. Every single encounter I had with her was a negative experience. Do better lady.

Sent my clothes here for dry-cleaning and really regretted. Not only was the lady at the front desk extremely rude, she was adjusting prices on the fly based on the quality of the clothes. She said "this dress is nicer than the other one so this one is going to cost more", annoyed we still went through with the service. When we picked up the clothes we saw that they were very wrinkly. After we argued with the lady that the clothes were not ironed, she said "we don't iron here and they will be wrinkly because you didn't tell us that you didn't want it wrinkly so we put the clothes together in one bag." Who the heck goes to a dry cleaners and expects their clothes to be wrinkly?????? They were rude and said that if we wanted it ironed we had to pay again. Horrible place don't go here, it's not cheap and the quality is not good.

I came here and I had two loads of clothes. One of them was 15 quarters and the other was 11 quarters. I started both just a minute apart but I could tell that the bigger washer wasn’t providing much water because the smaller washer had a lot of water. I went to the lady in charge as soon as I noticed that it was supposed to have more water like the smaller machine. Come to find out, they DON’T HAVE HOT WATER. There are no signs anywhere indicating that! She told me that everyone who goes there knows already. But how was I supposed to know when I never go there???

She said she wasn’t gonna refund me because the machine does work that I just had to use warm or cold water. She changed the machine to cold water but it still did not provide as much water as the smaller machine. I was upset because I had to go to work but I had to spend a longer time washing a load that didn’t receive a lot of water.
When the lady noticed I was really upset, she refunded my money, provided me a free dry and a water bottle for the inconvenience. She did help me take some frustration off. But all of that could’ve been avoided, if there was a sign saying there is no hot water. I would’ve left and did my laundry else where.

I dropped my shirts off to get a heavy starch and creases in the sleeves, went to get them and they were heavy starched but no creases in the sleeves, so I paid extra to have them crease the sleeves with heavy starch- just to make sure my shirts were done right- went to pick them up and no heavy starch and the sleeves had the same crease a new shirt from the the mall would have, so I asked them if they could do what I’ve paid for twice already and they told me that the shirts were starched heavy and the tried pointing out a VERY poor/ minuscule crease in one out of the 6 shirts I had dropped off... horrible quality work with HORRIBLE customer service. And the worst attitude I got was from Victoria- the “owner” who’s been in Baytown 40 years, lmao, this place is a joke

I wish I could give it 0 stars. It's located in a crappy neighborhood. There's people always hanging out in front or at the liquor store next door. The customer service is horrible! The obese lady at the counter acts like you're bothering her when you approach the counter. I will definitely not return to this laundromat.

Great customer Support and help Saul was super flexible friendly and kept up with our cloths can’t be thankful enough!

I had an antique quilt, my grandmother’s 100 yr old hand quilted, that had gotten horribly stained. I was in tears. They were very kind. Told me they couldn’t promise me but they would do their best. I am ecstatic!! It looks perfect!!

Do not bring your clothes here. They will break every button, burn your shirts, and offer a dollar for you damaged  clothes.

We have used 5-Star for years and absolutely love them! Sal is the best and is always friendly, even remembers my name and is back getting my clothes as soon as he sees my car pull up! When my boyfriend is out of town for work he hates having to use a different cleaner, no one can get his starch like 5-Star can!

Everyone working there is miserable. Got an attitude with me because THEY put the wrong Initials on my ticket and couldn't find my clothes.
