This place is great! We are locals here in Crozet and it’s so nice to have such knowledgeable efficient cleaners down the street! I needed wrinkles out of my gown and was nervous because what the garments tag said for cleaning was different from what Google said. These ladies knew exactly what to do and the dress came out looking amazing and brand new! It took them all of 10 minutes! I will be coming back for any future cleaning that needs to get done. Don't go here! Sadly, as Crozet residents, my husband and I have learned (at the cost of $22.50) that we will have to go into town to get our cleaning done. I had 3 sweaters dry cleaned here and they smelled SO BADLY of chemicals. I am pregnant and this was just not acceptable. I called and requested a refund and was told that I should have just brought them back in to be put back into the dryer to remove the smell of mineral spirits and everything would have been fine. The cleaners I use in town does not use mineral spirits I am told. A refund would have been appropriate here as the product is not safe to be worn with this odor on it. I was told a refund could not be issued because I had picked up the items. (I did not smell the items through the plastic before picking them up and paying for them). Will not be back. Highly DON'T recommend. I am someone who tries to utilize every business in Crozet that we can and we are very disappointed in this one.

Today we came to do our laundry and almost every machine to wash is damaged. They have three bigger machines and two of them are not working. We put clothes in one of them and it was "washing" very slow and to rinse it was fast... But it was giving a code that someone must see, an employee or any other person that came here. We had to wash in three machines instead of two that we normally use, and it's expensive. The employee didn't helped us...😕😕😕🤦🤦🤦🤷🤷🤷😡😡😡

I've been going to this laundromat for 30 years. Never have I seen it this clean but I sure do miss the bathrooms. My daughter even goes here now too. The staff has been very helpful and courteous.

No change machines were working so we went across the street to carwash and found change machines there.  Filthy toploader machines. Dryers take .25 for SIX MINUTES and all 4 of the dryers i used were horrible.  It took approximately 1.75-2.25 to dry small/medium lightweight loads and still left clothes damp. No way to access lint tray to clean out. That way the owner gets more $$ than if lint removal was accessible to patrons.
Finally found one hot dryer but after I was about done.. WON'T RETURN TO DIRTY RIP OFF LAUNDROMAT DIRTY OWNER/NO UPKEEP THERE

BZ is a very nice, clean, and friendly laundromat! All the machines are in good working order! The dryers run nice and hot and you can add twenty-five cents at a time to the dryers!

It was awful,  I went to do my clothes. I had my clothes in top washers  (5) of them, when it was time to put my money in to wash them - all 5 washers were not working. They had no signs up warning customers they didn't work.  A machine took my money I couldn't get my money back. Their is no one in this place working there in case you need help. I use to go here all the time when I was younger and needed my clothes done. Well alot has changed over the years needless to say I will not be back. This was sad knowing how this use to be a good and clean place to go and do your laundry. I am very disappointed in BZ Laundromat in Waynesboro, Virginia.

I brought in a white polka dot dress with a red ink transfer all over it. I thought for sure it was done for. They were able to fix it. In addition to this, I brought in a 1980s jacket of my mother's to press after it was accidently washed. It is perfect now.

We've had several large area rugs cleaned here. They have done an excellent job. They were very helpful getting the rugs loaded into truck.

I gave my husband a jacket for Christmas 7 years ago; within a month, the pull tab for the zipper just fell off. He hung the jacket up in the closet, and it was forgotten about until a week before Christmas this year. I called Augusta Cleaners 2 days before Christmas, and the gentleman on the phone said to bring it in, and he could fix it. When I say I was in the shop for 5 minutes while this man fixed this jacket, I literally mean 5 minutes. The gentleman who fixed this jacket was so nice, and you should have seen the look on my husband's face when he saw it hanging front and center zipped up in the closet that evening! I'm sure they had plenty of things going in the shop that day, but this man took that jacket and immediately fixed it. I didn't catch his name, but if you're reading this, "thank you!"

Wow!!!! THE LADY who was here CLEANING ON 8/21/25 HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!! She asked me if I needed help with anything before i asked anything. I haven't ever used a self service laundromat before!! The Soap and Fabric softener machine was out of order! SHE IMMEDIATELY ASKED WHICH NUMBER do you need She went IMMEDIATELY and returned with it! She gave me change for 10.00 dollar bill without me asking . She showed me how to use machines and where Each liquid went. Laid the boxes on each position. Told me she laid them where they Go.
I hate myself for not Getting her name! I'm not a talker so That's my fault.

How refreshing to see a very clean Laundromat that is open early and closes late.  Free detergent is offered on Wednesdays.  Sandy was so professional and friendly.  I would highly recommend this place...

I am traveling for work and found myself needing to go somewhere for laundry.  I am glad I chose Stadium.  The owner is pleasant and helpful.  Patrons seem to be regulars overall and are very kind.  It's in a well lit and maintained building.  The machines are in good working order.  The hours are convenient.  If I need another laundromat, I know where I will be going.

Since the remodel, the machines are nice and work well (they accept coin, card, and contactless/tap to pay). There's also a bathroom and the hours are pretty good. Haven't used the laundry service but I go here all the time since my apartment's machines suck.

Stopped here while passing through town. Convenient location, good prices, clean and well-functioning machines. I was especially impressed by the customer service.

Sandy was very helpful with any questions I had, and I noticed her providing excellent customer service to others as well. While I was there for a short time, Sandy helped out an unhoused man outside (who had just been discharged from the hospital to the street) by washing his clothes, sharing a few donated items, and allowing him to use their restroom, while making sure to keep the facilities clean and safe and attending to all customers. The respect, compassion, and service I experienced at this laundromat was outstanding. I would highly recommend supporting this business if you need a comfortable, affordable place to wash your clothes.

My regular dry cleaner for three years because I live close by. Always about a week turn around, I'm happy with their service on shirts/suits/wool. I've taken some pretty gnarly stains there and they've done a decent job of getting them out. Definitely ask about pricing before just handing your stuff over if you've never been before.

Used to be Excellent, not with the new ownership.
First, now it’s more expensive.
Second, they mixed my clothes and replaced one shirt with another that si not mine!
Third, My wife discovered that they overcharge also.
Be careful and pay attention.

Just the worst here. Employee today walked in and then let the door slam on me with an arm full of laundry.  Horrible people working for a horrible place no matter how many times you change your name.

Because I am literally around the corner from this location, I have used Laundry Land for 10 years now and have never been as impressed as in the last month. There have been times I’ve been so repulsed that I’ve considered changing laundromat locations but for the convenience of this location I have stuck it out, and happy I did so.
My first great experience was nearly a month ago I went early, around 8:30 am on my day off and had the chance to see a woman cleaning so well that I almost got the nerve up to ask her if she cleans homes.
Most recently I went after work around 6:30 and saw a gentleman cleaning as well as the lady I mentioned. His attention to details, ie dryer vent cleaning, soap dispenser scum that collects on the washing machine tops and for the very first time no feces or urine on the restroom floor. What really made me happy to applaud the hard working staff with this review is not once , but twice I witnessed the gentleman helping an elderly person with their laundry basket to their car.
Kudos to what I can only guess are new owners and their hiring process.

I have been going here consistently for the past year and a half. Typically employees are a bit stand-of-ish / rude, which I tend to ignore. Today, I have decided I will never go back. I was turned down at the door (when it was still open), and they locked it in front of me, at 5:59 pm. They close at 6pm. If I’m the manager / owner of that place, I’d be pretty unhappy about this type of attitude. I rush there after work to get there in time to drop clothes off, driving a few extra minutes each time to support a local UVA-alumni-owned business… I will no longer be doing that. I would also be pretty upset losing consistent business (tons of dry-cleaned suits and dress shirts, pants, etc. every couple of weeks) that is super easy. But that’s up to them. If it tells you anything, this is my first google review ever, so that’s how turned-off I was by the encounter.

I didn't have a good experience due to a missing and damaged belt loop on my winter coat. I do not recommend sending any clothing with special buttons or sequins etc. They claim not to be responsible for damage and loss of these types of items. I regret that I sent in my new coat based solely on rankings on Google Maps.

They do a really good job with the dry cleaning and the prices are very good. I took a suit and a dress and the whole thing came out to like $25--I was expecting double that, which is what I paid back in Atlanta. They are a bit slow (it took a week to get everything back), but I also didn't ask for it to be any faster (they might charge more if you do? I am not sure).

We are in Charlottesville for our daughter s wedding. My husband’s suit was wrinkled upon taking out of garment bag. Our hotel recommended Carriage cleaners so we went to have it pressed. Ben not only pressed it within 15 minutes for us but gave it to us on the house!! The suit is beautifully pressed and the hospitality was the topping on the cake!! I wasn’t happy this past Saturday November 15, 2025 few minutes before 2pm when I stopped by to pick up my clothes.
The lady who checked me out was vaping while pulling out my clothes from the hangers. I am not sure if she’s the owner of this place or just an employee, but whichever one she’s is, I believe someone needs to advise her to stop vaping or using this electronic cigarette inside this place because we all know the health implications. If I bring my clothes to be cleaned and then at the end of the day to pick it up and clothes have such stains or smell such things, then I rather not get it done here again. Thank you

Question whether they truly clean all clothes received—wrinkled, smells of other people’s cologne, unzipped and tattered. They are either uninterested in providing a high quality product or overwhelmed. Don’t come here.

Dropped off a wool duster to be cleaned. It looked great upon pick up. It did take a day longer then anticipated to dry - which I was fine with. Communication was good, staff was prompt and friendly, and price was decent(?) - I don’t have many things dry cleaned so no expert but for a Free People garment I love it was worth it.

Cleaning is good, alteration is terrible. I really have no idea how they managed to achieve such result. The work is extremely unprofessional. I took my blouse here for a professional to do it, but I would it it better myself.

I was at this laundromat on Wednesday. However, I forgot some of my clothes. I realized it after getting home. I called over and over no answer. Same thing the next morning. When I got off from work I went to get my clothes and they were gone. The man that worked there was still there today and said they put clothes on the middle table that are left behind and they stay for 5 days. Someone stole my clothes. They know they weren't theirs. I really would like my clothes back. If someone from management could call me that would be great. I left my name and number with the same male attendant. I would think he would know what he did with them since he was working. *Thank you for responding after my original review. I will look into filing a report. I do understand that it is my responsibility to keep up with my clothes but accidents happen.  I returned to try and find out the policy for clothes left behind and was told they keep them on the middle table for 5 days.  I'm just disappointed ( not with the facility) that someone would take clothes that they knew weren't there's. I was hoping that someone would've answered the phone as quickly as this review when I realized that I left them behind so that they wouldve considered holding them until i came back the next day. I've been a loyal customer for 20 plus years and it just would've been a kind thing to do.

This place isn't bad but today was something else. I had asked the male worker to help me with one of the dryers and he was so rude. Telling me that I had opened it when it was dryer which was why it stopped or that the time ran out. No it didn't, I had added 10 minutes to the machine and when I turned around it zeroed out. He was so demeaning and took the card from me and swiped it for me like I'm some imbecile who doesn't know how to use a dryer. All of our dryers are within the 10-15 minute range and suddenly one stops. I wasn't expecting this type of behavior or talked down to. I have been a customer for 25+years back when there used to be arcade machines in the back. I know how to use the machines and I don't need him to demean me or take the card from and act like there's nothing wrong with the dryer. I would stay far from him if you need help. And good luck tryna get the money back you lost from the machines because he won't help with that either. However, the other staff is very lovely

I have used your laundry mat 2 times in two weeks. The people who work for you couldn’t be nicer and SO helpful! (A tall gentleman the first visit. And an African American woman the second.)

Before I could set up, she came over and asked to help. She figured out how much $ I would need to do 3 loads and dry. She saved me a lot of time and I thanked her over and over.

Had to come here because of an issue with our washer at home, and I was so pleased to see they had HUGE washer capacity for the mountain of laundry we had to do. Loved that the place and bathroom was super clean, that I didn’t have to deal with coins, and that there was a taco truck outside with delicious food!

Stole my shoes and money!

I dropped a pair of boots off for a very simple repair, replacement of some elastic, and paid half of the repair fee. After not hearing about the status for several weeks, I came to retrieve them. The work was horrible, glue everywhere and looked worse than when I dropped them off. I refused to accept them and asked that the work be redone. The owner told me the person able to do the work was unavailable for 3 months, but they would call when they were finished. They never called. I came back a few months later, work was never done, and they looked just as bad. I asked again for them to be repaired and came back at another date. At this point, they can't even find my shoes. With promises to call me when they found them, I left. Again, no call. I returned again to retrieve them, they cannot be found. They have never called back with the status. They have stolen the shoes and the money I paid them for the repair. They have never apologized nor offered any refund of the money or reimbursement for my lost (high enough quality to want them fixed) shoes. Horrible quality and customer service.

I have been given an incorrect date three times now for a very small repair on a pair of boots.  I went in to pick up over a month after the promised by date and he'd only done one of the two. He tried to argue with me that the other one was fine but thankfully I still had the original ticket showing both needed repair and that I had paid for both.  It has now been two months and they still are not done.

They take the time to work with the customer explaining things very talented, very professional. Highly recommend them

Had a shoe issue I had been trying to MacGiver for months. Finally relented and let the pros handle it. These guys were quick, effective, and cheap and fixed my shoe!

Ready on time as promised and great work! Nice to have a place to repair, rather than throwing something away
