Most machines in working order.  A little dirty but not terrible.  The dryers took longer than I’m used too. I’ve been to better places and been to much worse.  This is exceptable.

Staying nearby in hotel. On our second time here the only change machine was out of order. Tried to use my credit card declined even though I used it at the hotel. Really inconvenient. I could have registered my credit or device card but I was only in this area for a few days! Had to go to each business to get 10 worth of quarters and waste time. I will say this laundromat is overall clean and close to businesses.

Great little place. $.25 for 5 minutes of drying time and the dryers dry very quickly. There is a bathroom, tv, vending machines, folding tables, everything you need to do laundry. Some reviews complained about the “drabness” of the interior. But really, it’s just a laundromat. Doesn’t need to be a beautifully decorated, it’s just a laundromat, not a hotel! It’s clean, and comfortable, and in a nice safe area. I’ll definitely be going back in the future and I’m thankful for this place to be able to do laundry. It’s a huge blessing and convenience.

Machines are repeatedly in disrepair. Even when working, they are so bad jeans have dry spots after washing cycle completes! Clothes are never clean since water is restricted. Suggest one item per wash cycle to ensure proper cleaning. Don't count on a refund if your request is a day>7.

It's actually a really good laundromat in the middle of nowhere. I loved that they had different choices for doing your laundry payment wise. For instance the size of the machine or the quality of the machine determined from $3 to $6 a load to wash. All their dryers are top-of-the-line and everything seems to be very affordable at this location.

It's a very peaceful area with plenty of parking on the side. Totally easy to find since it's pretty much on a main road and right near the railroad tracks. It did have a change machine but it wasn't working. That made my time very difficult because I had to seek a place that would give me quarters.

This laundrymat has everything that you need and is affordable. I certainly will be utilizing it in the near future while I'm in the area.

It needs a deep clean.  Smells funny, like mildew.  The machines charge an arm and a leg, especially the washers.  $6 a wash in one of the only decent sized washers.  It's also pretty unpleasant to only have cold water to wash your hands with in the bathroom.  The wooden floors are soft in some places, overall feels dangerous to breathe in the place for too long.

Great little laundry mat in the middle of nowhere. The cost are within avarge range in the area . I'm waiting on  my dryer to be delivered & it's calling for rain for the next few days. The place is decent. The washing machines are pretty old. They do have new dryers.. but $.25 for only 4 minutes!?!? and they tumble and pause.. so be prepared to add more quarters than you expect.  the whole place needs a  good cleaning- but it seems to be the only laundromat within 10 or 15 miles either direction.

Previously we had good service in Lexington.  My husband Contacted Staunton for pick up and delivery services which they said they provided.  Pick up on Monday, drop off on Thursday was the schedule.  Also requested the account under disabled brother’s name for accounting and bill tracking purposes - which was not set up correctly. Have missed quite a few weeks of pick up which pushes off returns.   No pick up last week, thought it was corrected for pick up Thursday.  Missed again Thursday, and missed again today (Monday).  Please don’t offer services which you cannot deliver on.   We will seek services elsewhere.

I've been here to bring in some clothes for church. My pants and button-up shirts have looked awesome. The people are very kind and helpful. Love this place!

I've lived a lot of places in the US and overseas but University Cleaners is simply the best I've ever experienced, and by a considerable margin. In particular the quality of the shirt laundry is exceptional - the starch is perfect. My family has been in the dry cleaning and laundry business since 1932 in Westerville, OH and I worked there as a kid so I do know what good is supposed to look like. These guys nail it!

They did a really well job, cleaning my Class A uniform. But my coat came back missing a button on my coat. But things happen. I had to do a last minute tailor job. But I will most definitely use them again. Pricing was affordable.

Small laundry mat with fairly decent machines.
Like the card option,  washers work quick .
Location is clean, but no attendant.
Would be nice to have more high capacity washers and dryers.
Not very busy at around 10 and thru 1 pm. That was a big plus.

Machines are typically in great working order. Clientele is something to be desired. Had to have some guy blasting the entire MLK speech on speakerphone which was obnoxious and then another time some woman with no bra spilled detergent everywhere and just left it.

Good place to do laundry. Coin machines work, 30 mins to do washing, 40 mins to do drying and I had a decent week of clothes.

Also cost not bad, $3 for washing if you're doing a regular load. For bigger loads you need to pay more probably $4 to $5.

If your like me you'll need an hour to do your laundry.

Gas to heat water so always has hot water. Comfy bench outside. Fun sticker selection in vending. Vintage Pac-Man arcade game.

First time there.  It's a nice laundromat.  It's clean. Has tables and chairs, a little reading nook. Vending machines.
The only thing that was not good was they do not have the debit/credit feature.  And the prices are not visible on the machines anywhere.  You don't know how much it cost until you start putting quarters in. Maybe put the prices on the machines.

I have been going to this laundromat for almost 7 years Mr. Rick is always so sweet and very helpful and always has a smile on his face! It is also short people friendly for short people like me lol. prices are very reasonable, and also has the prices on all the dryers and washing machines. 10/10 highly recommend!

I have been using this laundromat for two years and never left unsatisfied! It is always clean and equipment is well maintained plus great variety of sizes of washing machines.Dryers are hot and if not Rick the man who  does runs it will give your money back and fix the problem. Has really gone downhill! Change boxes are full therefore washers returned my quarters. Four front load washers in a row are broke with no signs saying they are broke. Front load washer did not go thru spin cycle. I called the phone number but went to voice mail. Left message but have not heard back. Very dirty washers. Floors were very dirty also. Used to be excellent place to do laundry but not any more!

Very disappointed in the service that they offered us. Kitchen ice maker flooded kitchen and downstairs family room.  First day was great. Next day showed up to take up vinal floors. Broke legs off a 1 year old stove. Still not fixed. Lost hardware to over stove microwave.  Cut a hole in my hot water line and tried to fix with electric tape. And turned off hot water tank. Never told me. Found out with a cold shower. Tear out crew had hardly any tools. They borrowed a step ladder. Push broom and scoop.  Floor scraper. 3 ft crow bar. Bent the fines on baseboard hot water heat. Never sealed of the rest of the house for dust. Have called numerous times. Chris did come out and take lots of pics.   2 hours to take up 1/2 room of carpet. Wonder why when you face time for hours.  Still nothing. Should have went with my gut instead of insurance recommendations!!!!! Maybe Rainbow 🌈

ServPro was fantastic to work with! They responded quickly, the office team was organized and knowledgeable, and the crew did an excellent job drying out and cleaning up the area. Communication was great throughout the whole process. They were even careful and respectful of our belongings in the house. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how great this company is. Joanna and Shannon took my phone call and were super nice while I was dealing with 4 inches of water in my basement from a pipe burst. They sent Kaden and Kyle out , who are awesome. They are so professional,kind , thorough and definitely care about their clients and the job they do. They worked around my crazy night shift schedule too. They brought Alex,Carmen and  Aliesky who worked so hard, getting everything out of my basement to a huge dumpster and they filled it. They were also so nice. Needless to say this company is truly a breath of fresh air. So grateful!! Highly recommend

The Servpro team came out on a holiday Friday to help us with a badly flooded basement and rec room. They removed soaking wet carpet in no time, and set up dehumidifiers in the entire affected area, all within just a couple of hours of my call.The team was quick, thorough, and friendly, and did a great job of communicating with us throughout the entire process. While I hope I don't need a service like this again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them!

Overall, it was a great experience working with the folks at SERVPRO and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done due to water damage. There are two people I want to give special kudos to and that is Eric Campbell and Joanna Cruz, I feel like they went out of their way to take care of us and make a painful situation less painful. The reconstruction crew were an outstanding bunch to work with, and they got the job done right and faster than I thought possible. We’re mountain bikers and stopped here to wash our sweaty bike clothes. Reading some of these reviews is a little misleading. This place is awesome!!! Yes, it’s a small old building with its original, lovely, quaint architecture. Mostly original and I love that. Don’t change a thing! Yes, the air conditioner is a small window unit and I can see it getting a little warm in there, it is a laudromat after all. Crack the doors open and let some cross breeze through, no big deal. The place was clean, very clean, I would even say immaculate! The washers and dryers were new and are well taken of. They even had large machines, perfect for comforters. Pay by cash or card. There’s a change machine for your convenience. I thought the prices were very reasonable - $3 a wash from 30 -45min and depending on your drying limit, up to $3. We did 35min for $1.75. There are also washing soap, fabric softener and dryer sheet dispensers but you can definitely use your own. HE products preferred if you use your own. We didn’t have HE stuff and just used half the amount we usually use as instructed. Rolling baskets are available to use. A few seats for patrons in front and back and 3 large folding antique tables, gorgeous! all the signs on the walls are laminated and although this might not matter to most, it says a lot about how much the owners cherish their business. It’s the little things that count. Parking is very limited, we just parked across the road behind the post office and pulled up to load our laundry when we were done. Easy peasy. In conclusion - this is the place we will always use when in this area and a really nice laundromat to use. You have two very satisfied customers here!

NOT CLEAN! The building smells of mold. The windows are dirty, the lights are dirty, the floor is dirty, the outside of the building is dirty.
The machines operated fine and they have the SpeedQueen brand of washer with the central agitator so I like that but they could do better. Tired of laundromats that have no one on staff and are completely filthy. I can’t think of any other business that operates so fiscally lean and yet is so dirty. It’s literally a place you come to CLEAN things.

Good machines but no air conditioning and the place looked like it needed some TLC.

We were traveling through town and needed to do a wash so we stopped here. The machines were new and one could use a Speed Queen app and not need quarters. The place was clean from the machines down to the floor, but there was all this crap hanging from the ceiling, making the place look dirty. The worst was that there was no air conditioning in the laundry so it was stifling on a 90+ degree day when we did our wash.

Clean, friendly patrons, and a good price. Loved that there wasn’t a TV or music playing like in other laundromats. Will definitely be going back!

Make sure you check that the application they have posted all over the room is actually connected. This is going on week 3 of it not working and no one ever answers or calls back. Find quarters if you want to go here!
