Signature Cleaners

I have used this cleaners for 10+ years even before they were Signature Cleaners. I have loved them so much. Not only do they always do a great job, but they have loved on me and my family, delivered clothes to my house just to help me, and take the time to always ask how I am doing with genuine care and concern. On top of that they do an outstanding job with alterations, repairing holes and even redesigning. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Horrible customer service. Came in to get my pants hemmed. There was only one worker. She proceeded to help 4-5 people that came in after me and in the drive through line while I just stood there. Will not be back.

I called Thursday to find out turn around time for a simple press on a brand new suit as I'm getting married on Sunday. They said they could have it done in 24hrs & I can pickup Friday/ Saturday so I brought them my suit, showed up to get it today (saturday) and they're closed. I'll never be back. Is there any way to get in touch with someone that can let me pickup my suit today?

We drive all the way from downtown Nashville to Hendersonville just to use them for our dry cleaning needs. We find that they are fast, efficient and always kind. Their service is worth the travel!

Poor customer service. When I asked about why the price of an alteration had more than doubled, I was told that I got lucky the first time and to call around and take my business elsewhere. Also I have taken a pair of pants twice to have the waist taken in, and they are still the same size after paying to have them done twice.
