Oakdale Dry Cleaners

I took my linen curtains in to be dry cleaned per the cleaning care instructions on them. I was to my car loading my two kids in when the lady came running up saying she forgot to have me sign a waiver, so I signed it in a hurry and regrettably didn’t read through it. A week later, I picked them up and brought them home and they shrunk four inches. When I called to ask about the shrinkage, the lady I spoke to said that’s why they had me sign the waiver and that they are not responsible for it and then she hung up on me. I think I could’ve done a better job my own (not to mention it was $100 for two small panels) but regardless, the customer service really lacked here and I was disappointed.

Great service very nice lady at the counter. I brought in my son’s stuffed bunny that he loves to have a it repaired. Within an hour of dropping off the stuffy I received a call that the stuffy was fixed and ready to pick up.

I have always used Oakdale dry cleaners, they always did a top-notch job! I dropped off a vintage dress there the other day that I loaned my friend. When I got it back from her, it smelled like smoke and needed freshening up very bad. I dropped it off at Oakdale dry cleaners on Tuesday and picked it up the following Tuesday. When I opened the package to look at the dress closely, I got a distinct smell of smoke. I said to my husband I wonder if this dry cleaner has changed hands because I’ve never had anything come back with any type of an odor. You couldn’t even tell that the dress had been cleaned the armpits still smell like armpits. I’m not gonna use that dry cleaner anymore and I see when you give them a less than favorable review, they have a lot of excuses. I went to that dry cleaners for years. I never ever had anything come back with a smell it’s not the same quality I don’t care what they say. It was $26 for them to hang on a hanger and put a bag over it. I’ve never had lots and lots of dry cleaning done but when I did it was a nice item that I expected great job on.

Horrible service!!! Don’t go there. She over charges on everything. An they don’t have even Speak English either. They don’t put policy on the window or at the front desk. They charge to fix the pants even tho they messed up on your order and owner has yelled and refused to provide correction on my order at all. Someone need to open a new cleaners in this area. Don’t go there if your desperate. They will mess up your order every time. Horrible customer service too.Oh, and she insulted me too! I mean what else didn’t she do wrong ? She suggesting I lost weight in my ankles just so she wouldn’t fix the problem. Yelling over the phone and telling me she didn’t care about the reviews or customer service. Horrible experience. I’m shocked on how the owner acted. Specially because I had asked to seem the pants correctly. Since the first time it wasn’t done how I wanted them. But she wanted to refused service and to fix the problem because I had moved and came back to pick them up and felt that I shouldn’t get the same service as before. Wow! So much for new ownership.

My suits came out very nicely pressed and clean. The service was fantastic. My items were completed on time. And the employee taking my order was very nice. She answered all my questions. I even accidentally left some money in the pocket and it was returned with my clothes.
