Jefferson City Coin Laundry

Awesome hot dryers, place is decently clean, but they took out the Wifi, since they changed hands. Inflation hit, dryers are now .25 for 4 minutes and washers went up $1 each. Still my favorite laundromat!

Safe area, efficient machines and clean-ish facilities. Beware of swiping cards here, card readers feel cheap/easy to put decoy readers in. The machines also will charge your card double what the screen actually says. Why? I’m not sure. Doesn’t happen when you use quarters, so make sure to bring cash or change. Overall, not a bad place to go, also your only option in Jeff city 😅

The population has significantly increased along with a change in demographics which brings in overloading and abuse of machines, littering, loitering, theft of other patrons clothing and of course a huge price increase that gouges everyone. This place has gone down hill, worse than it was. Weekdays used to be a good time to come to avoid crowding, now it is always packed. If not by person count, by a few filling every machine doing wash for the neighborhood or what looks like an entire hotel worth of white linens and things. smdh

It's already a pretty run down place. Moldy ceilings, machines will be down for weeks, and now they doubled the price of their already expensive dryers and increased all the washers by 50 cents. The only reason they're in business is because there isn't another laundromat in Jefferson City.

GOT THE POLICE CALLED FOR NO REASON! Would give zero stars if I could! my friend went to this laundromat to do some blankets and her dog beds and a lady came out and told her that they do not allow dog beds to be washed there. She said “ok no problem, I’m sorry I didn’t know that” she had already paid for the dry and had her stuff in the dryer by that time so she just sat back down and let her stuff finish the cycle. The same lady came back out screaming and cussing at her that she was the reason people have been complaining about dog hair and dog poop on the floor… my friend hasn’t been to this laundromat before so she is in fact not the reason people have been complaining and there was no dog poop on the floor. The lady CALLED THE POLICE on my friend because she washed dog beds when she didn’t know she wasn’t allowed to. The lady showed a sign that said no dog beds but neither one of us seen the sign until it was pointed out. We did not cause a scene or get loud or cuss. My friend was simply letting her cycle finish when the lady started cussing and calling the police. WTH? Called the police because we didn’t see a sign? It was an honest mistake that got blown out of proportion for no reason. So if you like for your simple mistakes to be thrown in your face and screamed and cussed at in front of everybody in there and then get the police called on you I guess this is the place to go
