Sharp's Cleaners

I have used Sharp's for a few years for dry cleaning clothing, and have always been happy with the results. This week I needed an oversized king comforter cleaned. Of course they offer this service! I picked my comforter up today and am so happy with the results. It looks better than new!

Wonderful experience. I was greeted the moment i came inside by a friendly, well mannered front desk clerk with a smile. I dropped off 2 dresses and a skirt suit. They were ready for pickup 3 days later. The clothes were clean and not damaged in any way. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. I will continue to use Sharp's for any future dry cleaning needs.

I gave them my UGG queen comforter and 2 pillow shams to dry clean. Received them back and it had an odd odor I thought was just from the bag. Still a couple weeks later it has the same odor and I have tried to throw it in the dryer with dryer sheets to get rid of it. I’m gonna have to take it and get it redone somewhere else because it’s causing my entire bedroom to smell like a blanket that’s been in an old lady’s dusty closet for 10 years. FYI: I have had my comforter dry cleaned before by a different company but they are an hour away, so it is not ky comforter itself.

Just left the store and all the way back to my place trying to think why I paid less..then I made the calculations home a few more times..and when I was sure there must be something wrong! I called..and turned out that the owner decided to give me 10 % discount! And he didn't say a word to me about it..so I thought to thank him over here and will do it in person on my next visit.
