Asked them to press an already pleated 100% wool skirt. I asked “Will you make these pleats more prominent?” They took the pleats out. They made it into a completely different shape. This is a joke of a business. When asking what happened and why they just stared at me. I asked them if they would try again yet they just stared at me. No refund offered, and I still tipped $10 on a $15 ticket. I asked something completely capable of this place yet was treated like I was asking something they didn’t offer. If you need your laundry done, this place will do it. If you need services, go anywhere else.

I brought in a brocade comforter and told the lady it had to be dry cleaned. I saw her write it down on the ticket. They called me a few days later and said they weren’t able to get some spots out. I said no problem and went and picked it up - $45. Got it home and put it on the bed. There were shrink areas all over the comforter - they had MACHINE WASHED it after I specifically told them it had to be dry cleaned. (I gave a second star only because the turn around time was fairly quick. However, they have lost my business!!)

Came for the name - would go back for the service. Took care of my suit in a day on short notice for a wedding. Fantastic job and people. I'd use them all the time if I were local
