Downtown Dry Cleaners

I am both an IUP student and member of the us army national guard. Being that this place is close I have brought my uniform here the last 2 years to get it dry cleaned before military events. Two years in a row I have received my pants back somehow more stained, or with new stains. Last year they were able to send them back and have it amended this year the stain takes up an entire pant leg and with my event being less than a week away there is no time to send them back. I brought these in for the white stain pictured in the 3rd picture. The stain wasn’t able to be removed (that’s fine I understand sometimes that happens) but my pants were returned stained with what appears to be oil down an entire leg and covered in fuzzies. I am extremely upset. I was told that “she could try and send it back but nothing might change” and that that large stain taking up the whole leg was there when I brought it in. I am certain it wasn’t. I do not ever leave angry or bad reviews but pants are extremely expensive and time consuming to have tailored. I will not be back.

I have been using them for the last 2 years. usually have them dry-clean my husband’s dress shirts and pants for work. They do a good job washing the cloths and ironing. I do have to wait about a week to pick them up which isn’t a problem for me.

This place is a joke. I travel for my business and needed to find a dry cleaner to do some dress shirts and pants. I am in town through Sunday so I googled "Dry Cleaners" and this business pops up. The name is ONE HOUR Dry Cleaners. I get there at 11:30am on a Friday morning and the lady asks me when I want to pick my clothes up and I tell her some time tomorrow (Saturday). She looks at me and tells me there is no way they can be done until Monday afternoon!!! I asked her about the business being called ONE HOUR and she proceeds to tell me that was the old owners and that they no longer do 1 Hour cleaning. I stated that I was asking to pick up my clothing the next day and she then states that everyone was done working for the day!!!! A dry cleaners that is done at 11:30am for the day and they keep a business name that states ONE HOUR Dry Cleaners....again WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Took a cashmere overcoat to them for dry cleaning. I was astonished by the professional work done for it — and it only cost $14.00! Very pleased with their services, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Janet & Mark are the best! Never had a problem there ever. Always great customer service & good quality dry cleaning at a reasonable price. Having been going there for years!
