Plaza Laundry

I gave this laundry a 5 star rating because the owner/manager is extremely responsive, and the place was clean. I had an issue with a washer and emailed the given address. I got an immediate positive response. I don't live in the area and really didn't expect a refund of the overage, but gave him a local address anyway. The refund was sent within 10 days. I was extremely surprised and pleased to see they stand by their word. I highly recommend this business.

The new app is a mist have with rewards and notification for when your load is done for both, washers and dryers. I have had nothing but good experiences. The floor was just changed and it feels clean! They take care of your mishap if you forget your clothing, with a smile. Bathroom always open and clean. It always has supplies!!!!

Needed to dry a few loads because my washer broke and I was in a bind. I haven’t been to a laundromat in over 20 years. The attendant was super helpful and he was cleaning the entire time I was there. Place was definitely clean and the dryers worked well, everything was dry in a half hour except for a bath mat that honestly always needs more time. An nice perk is I was able to swipe my debit card. That wasn’t an option the last time I used a laundromat,lol. I have zero complaints and will continue to use this place until I decide to either have my dryer fixed or get a new one.

Always clean machines , but every time I’ve never seen an attendant if there should be a problem. Great and safe location average price. No top washers. Sometimes coins get stuck in the slots, I’ve had to jiggle my money out and use my tweezers to get coins. But other than that. Overall good clean machines. Best to use credit cards instead of coins.

I'll never go to this place again. You won't see my face at this laundromat. A woman called the police on me. The reason why is because I took all of the clothes out of one big washing machine that she was using. She wasn't around when I did it. I didn't know where she was. I didn't know when she was going to return back to the laundromat. I couldn't wait for a long period of time because I needed to do my laundry. and then return back home to cook dinner. I gave the police my information and explained my circumstances.
