Freeze Drapery Cleaners and Restoration

My family has used Freeze for many years to clean couch cushions and upholstery and they have always done an amazing job getting those items back to new condition. I recently unboxed my mom's wedding dress (which my late grandmother handmade) to find it was not properly preserved. It had 40 years of age spots and was the dingiest yellow. I was HEARTBROKEN. Ms. Kamran at the Arkansas Fashion School recommended I bring it to Freeze to see what they could do to save it. I was hesitant to leave the dress at a cleaners, knowing it could easily be ruined and gone forever. When most people would write you off as "its just a dress, calm down," the lady at the front desk took time to tell me what they would try and eased all my stress with her kindness. She assured me it was in good hands and they would see what they could do. Talk about under promising and over delivering! The dress was ready 2 weeks later (exactly what they told me when i dropped it off) and it looks absolutely amazing!! Yolanda, who did the restoration, got every single stain out and brought it back from dingy yellow to a beautiful ecru and all the lace is back to bright white. Its rare to find people who care so much about their work and take such pride in it, she is truly a treasure. I cannot thank Freeze enough for saving my mom's dress and giving me the chance to wear it for my own wedding, THANK YOU!!!! 10000/10 Recommend!! If you need a precious garment saved, I would drive several hours to bring it to Freeze because of the quality of their work.

We have used this company to clean bed spreads as well as rugs. Their quality and service are excellent. They managed to clean a rug that no one else was successful at cleaning. The down bed spreads were clean and fresh. Their service was as promised. I would highly recommend Freeze cleaners for personal cleaning as well as restoration services. This business was referred to me by Unveiled Bridal in Little Rock where I purchased my wedding dress. They were able to remove all signs of wear from my dress for an affordable price and quickly! My dress looks brand new and is ready for resale. They also offer preservation services. Wouldn’t entrust my wedding dress with anyone else!

Freeze Specialty Cleaners is absolutely amazing! Owners Scott and Christy Bray are completely committed to quality service. I have had my UGGs cleaned here and the before and after pictures were unbelievable. They have cleaned my down comforter and it was like new again! Plus, I have had some pretty mean looking stains on a rug and they were able to make my oriental rug like new again. Fabulous service, family owned and operated, free pickup and delivery. WHAT else could one ask for?

I brought Freeze Drapery Cleaners a pair of drapes that had been stained and asked them how confident they were that they could get the stains out. They told me they were pretty confident, and so I let them attempt to clean them. When I went to pick them up, the stains were unchanged AND there were NEW TEARS in my drapes. They expected me to pay full price for these drapes that were now in worse condition than when I had dropped them off. The manager told me I should have known that they were at risk for tearing due to "sun damage," and that I should have known it was unlikely for the stains to come out -- ALL OF THIS INFORMATION WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE UPFRONT, when I originally asked how confident they were the stains could come out. Had I known the risks to cleaning the drapes and the fact that the stains were NOT likely to come out, I would not have let them clean them! I declined to pay for these now worse drapes, and I asked to speak to the owners. They did not call me. I left several additional messages and came by the cleaners in person a few times to try to speak to the owners, and they were never available nor did they return my calls. I sent the owners a letter via certified mail expressing my concerns that if they do not contact me, they will be hearing from an attorney. Again, no response. We will be hiring an attorney to address their damage of our drapes as well as their dishonest and unprofessional behavior.
