Messed up my clothes numerous times, some of them permanent. Wasted a lot of gas coming and going from this place. Tried to blame me a few times also. The owner doesn’t want to pay and fix the issue. Doesn’t take responsibility. The reviews here speak for itself. The owner is the worst of the worst. Should be out of business

Took my husband’s brand new FR jeans in to get starched, a week later they were ready to be picked up, got home and realized they had broken the button off and stained them as well, looked like oil spots all over them. I took them back and then talked to the manager on the phone, he said he would fix the button and I ask “what about the stains?” He replied that he was not responsible for any damage, I told him those were Brand new jeans that I dropped off there ! Never Again !!!

Delores at the TLC lost my Down full size White Comforter and they said it was pillows. I am not stupid I know the difference between pillow and comforter. I put the comforter in there myself. This is a horrible cleaners that do not know what they are doing. They do not even deserve a 1 star. Will never use again horrible place.
