Altus cleaners destroyed my costly 100% silk dress. They took no responsibility for returning the dress in a state of disrepair and took no actions to try and make it right. Ultimately, they blamed me for sweating too much in my dress, which led to the material "rotting." I was seeking some type of reimbursement for my loss and was ultimately insulted instead. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. I'm so disappointed I paid to have my favorite dress cleaned and now will never be able to wear it again.

Love the drive thru option! 1 day turnaround on dry cleaning was great. Staff was very kind. Suit + pants were dry cleaned well

The ladies do a outstanding job and my clothes always look great. I take a few shirts and pants there a month but they always make me feel like I’m their biggest customer. Highly recommend.

New people working there and I had a coat misplace. An employee insisted that it had been picked up the week prior. After 3 trips and me insisting that it was still there. I got a call that it was found, I was discounted a few dollars off. Good Luck.
