First time using the cleaners at this shop. I have to say I wasn't impressed. The girl running it was hateful when I dropped my stuff off. I thought maybe she had a bad day. But same rude hateful attitude when I returned to pick them up. Obviously doesn't care about customer service at all. Will not go back

Save your clothes - skip this place! I took a nice, fairly new white dress shirt in and received it back with large yellow spots on it. The store offered no apology or resolution. In fact, they stated that the stains were already there when I brought the shirt in... I think I would have noticed if that were the case. I will not be returning.

I had the most interesting interaction with the manager at Dean's Cleaners. Dean's doesn't label any of the dry cleaning that comes into their door, and as a result, they mixed in someone's pants into my dry cleaning. I too had a pair of slacks there getting re-hemmed from a previous batch of dry cleaning I had already picked up. When I came in to pick up my item, they feed me a story of how they thought it was "possible" that they mixed up a pair of pants with my previous dry cleaning. Of course, I was more than willing to check and verify and return anything that didn't belong to me, but the ridiculous part of the transaction was that the manager refused to return my pants until I checked for the pair they mistakenly mixed in with my clothes. Eventually, I was so overwhelmed with the stupidity of the argument from the manager I had to walk out. Fortunately, I did have the pants and was able to return them, but, what did she plan to do if I were to drive off and come back 10 minutes later to say that I didn't have them? She couldn't possibly be sure I would be honest, and since her default stance was that she could not trust me, her position was plain foolish. What if I checked and I honestly did not have the pants? Then what? During the exchange, the manager said that she had several experiences of giving other people clothes that didn't belong to them and that the receiving party did not return it. WHAT? OK, so Dean's Cleaners has a problem passing out the wrong clothing to people? Not only that, but the manager knows this and has failed to address it over an extended period of time? I have a tip for you Deanβs; itβs not your customer's responsibility to keep up with the clothing dropped off at your facility. It was painful to be subjected this communication, but Iβm glad it happened. Now I know that I cannot depend on Deanβs to keep up with my clothes. I know when they make a mistake, they will default to putting their customer into a compromised position. I know their attitude is that the customer cannot be trusted, and they will go as far as to hold your clothing as ransom. The pants the manager acted so irrationally about were a $30 - $50 pair of Dockers. There was nothing special about them. I spend $120 monthly on average for dry cleaning services. My business was worth far more than the pants. I guess the bottom line is If you are looking for dry cleaning services, you can do better elsewhere. Maybe anywhere else.

Best cleaners around. Never had a issue and my jeans are just like I like them.
