Dear VJAG Laundry and Dry Cleaning Team, I have been using your services for the past eight months, and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the consistently excellent service you provide. Whether it's within the laundromat or through your pick-up and drop-off service, your team has always demonstrated outstanding efficiency and professionalism—regardless of the weather. Rain or shine, my laundry is always delivered on time, and in excellent condition. I also appreciate the quality materials you use, which help keep my clothes soft, fresh, and well cared for. Thank you for your dedication and reliability. It truly makes a difference.

I came to wash my blanket today and did not notice the machine was disgusting until the cycle started. The water washing was recycling so I did not want to leave my blanket in there. There was no way to stop it so I pulled the blanket when the water drained. The blanket was still soaked so it did make a bit of a mess but nothing little mopping can’t clean up. The lady did not speak english well but she was cursing at me. It is bad enough she didn’t say anything when i showed her the dirty machine but to curse at me. I definitely will not cone back and do not recommend

This past weekend we found ourselves needing some laundry assistance. My Grandkids were sick, My Daughter In Law and Son were Exhausted from Sleep Depravation. I called Anthony to see if he could accomodate a family of 5 laundry with a quick turnover and he said NO PROBLEM. I was shocked at how friendly and concerned he was, he went to the kids house to pick up the laundry within 45 minutes of my call and had Julia process the order in a timely fashion. She has a lot of pride in her work as the clothes were folded meticulously, they smelled fresh and they were fluffy soft, as if I washed them myself. I rarely find myself in need of a laundromat but when I do, VJAG will be the one I patron. So, not only did this efficient business with a compassionate owner and a conscientious staff help me out .. They made me feel like Family .. not just a customer.

Not too happy with this place and I come often since it’s closer to where I live. They should do better! Almost every other machine is out of service, always broken and when I come back a week later it’s still broken. Poor management of the machines. Lack of pride. Time to replace the machines. Every single time I struggle putting coins in and getting the slot to align. Just add the tech piece to it and use the laundro card. Terrible!! Dryers are always taken by your drop off service. Just shut the place down then and let it be drop off laundro service only cause it’s become a real inconvenience when patrons do their own laundry having to wait or find a dryer to use.

I dropped off my husbands shirt to get dry cleaned for a wedding I had to attend. I told them I needed to pick it up by Saturday. They said not a problem at all. I came to pick it up Sunday (1 day later) and they tell me it’s not ready. I then asked to just have the shirt and I’d go iron it myself at home. She told me the shirt wasn’t even at this location. It’s at another location. I said I would go get it wherever it was as I needed the shirt for a wedding that day. She then got the owner on the phone who was unable to accommodate me at all and this entire situation caused me to be late to the wedding I was attending. I don’t think it’s fair to promise a time and completely fail. This caused such chaos for me due to poor business practice.
