The employees always try their best here and go out of their way to help their customers. A perfect example: I came here today because I needed to get something altered for a wedding the next day. The women (I think her name is Grace) was INCREDIBLE and helped me out and I’m so excited to be able to wear this tomorrow. My fiancé and I have always had incredible experiences getting our dry cleaning done here as well as alterations! Thank you so much!

If you care about your clothing and how it’s treated DO NOT COME HERE!!! This was my third or fourth visit every one prior was a pleasant experience this one not so much. I came home to place my clothes in my closet and was APPALLED at what i uncovered. They ruined the “leather” patch on my Bottega Veneta jeans. Added more stains to my Balenciaga shirt and to top it off added two holes!! When I expressed my concern and desire for a solution SONG told me there’s nothing he can do and that the patch is plastic and was bound to peel. He also tried to gaslight me into thinking that he didn’t damage them when we BOTH KNOW i handed them over in very great condition. He does not care about our clothes!!! He literally told me he takes care of 200 garments he can’t cater to each one. If thats not unprofessionalism at its finest I truly don’t know what is. DO NOT COME HERE IF U CARE ABOUT UR CLOTHING. And they will call the cops on you if you disagree with the gaslighting! I wish I could give 0 stars. Truly disgusting service. EW

I had a cream colored winter coat dry cleaned here this past week. The coat was so sooty at the collar and cuffs from a few winters of wear and tear in and out of the City. Bloomfield Dry Cleaners made it look like it did the day I bought it! So happy with the service! Will definitely be back!

Bloomfield cleaners have provided excellent service to me and my family for over 10 years! They have a great weekly pickup/delivery service. I recommend them to people living in the area.

Well I had a very interesting encounter with owner today. I paid for my shirt and my pants to be cleaned and press for the same day for an event later on in the day. I go to pick up my clothes and only my shirt is ready and my pants were nowhere to be found. The new lady was rude and made me wait for over 20 minutes with no explanation. I finally ask what is taking so long and she continues to ignore me. I run out of time and I have to send my lady back to the cleaners to get my pants….. the lady still has no idea where my pants are. So the pants that I paid to pressed and clean for same day is no longer available to me ( I demanded that service be free, clearly I did not get what I paid for). I go to put in my shirt on and it is stained (also something that I paid for), so I had to go to my event with a stained shirt and with a different pair of pants. I finally pick my pants up today and I’m told that I’m banned from doing business with them even though I’ve been business with them for three years now. The lack of accountability in the matter, made me smile at the ban. Ever since they hired this new lady behind the desk their quality has gone down. I was already going to take my business else where. Please make sure that you triple check with them before walking out of the cleaners leaving your stuff with them. Thank you for your time.
