Terrible customer service. I called about getting some hats clean and the lady informed me that they could do it then I get there. Tell them what I need done. The price was reasonable. I drove over 35 miles because this is the only place that said they will clean hats on the phone they do it then I get there and she said she can’t guarantee the quality of work. Wasted my time and gas after being told on the phone prior to coming. They can do it. When I informed her that I just need them cleaned and she couldn’t guarantee that they’ll get clean (obviously not brand new) she declined and said try somewhere else. Very rude and misleading information. I would recommend you try another cleaning service.

Great job on alterations and all my dry cleaning!!!

My mother and I took 2 of our coats there, and they did not tell us the price before we left. We called them and they could not give us a price over the phone at that time, so when we called back they gave us a different price then what they charged us when we picked up our items.

Quick service. Very friendly. Professional work. Needed simple, but quick alterations and they were great.
