West Oak Cleaners (Creve Coeur)

I gave my coat for pocket zipper repair and dry cleaning. I paid $59. Pocket zippers were poorest quality. They stuck in the first try in the store. Store did bad job with dry cleaning as well. There were multiple uncleaned areas. I pointed them out to dry cleaner, they said “you can do the service again” instead of offering to remediate their mess up. I told them I was unhappy with it. Yet I got offered %10 off on my check. I do not recommend this place. They take your jackets for two weeks and do a poor job with it.

West Oak cleaners did an amazing job from start to finish on my daughter-in-law's wedding dress. They were wonderful to work with and kept us involved on the entire process. They went the extra mile and we are thrilled.

West Oak cleaned my mother's silk Chantilly lace wedding gown from 1958. Because of the gown's age, it was fragile. They did a wonderful job. The dress turned out beautifully. They are my go to cleaners, especially for anything fragile or delicate.

She ruined my dress for my daughter’s wedding. All I asked for was her to hem it and take in a little at the top. The entire dress feels twisted, but the split in the dress looks horrible now. It’s twisted and pulling. When I picked it up she wasn’t there. That should have been a sign that she messed it up. I hate I even bothered. It doesn’t fall right anymore. I have to leave in one week for the wedding and don’t know if I can get another dress in time. I am devastated. My daughter’s wedding photos will be ruined. I want to be reimbursed for her ruining my dress and I want it fixed asap because I don’t have time to get another dress. I have know choice but to wear the dress now or find someone who can correct her error in time for the wedding. Angry sad customer.

Called and spoke with Cheryl about cleaning and pressing my wedding gown before my wedding in 2 weeks. She was quite condescending and rudely informed me that the turnaround time for this was FOUR MONTHS because “we have a lot of dresses.”
