Was clean and had new washers....4$ for the washer but 10$ for the big machine...I spent 35$ on just 5 loads and i know it is cheaper by about 5$ per machine at a couple other places so I think I'm gonna have to go elsewhere. Other than the prices they are a really nice clean place

I actually really love the work they dis on my outfits. So so much. Unfortunately, it all means nothing when you have terrible workers with terrible customer service. I asked to speak to the owner, and even he was a little agitated by every word I said. Maybe because he's not used to working with a younger audience, but this is why we millennials need to open up our own cleaners in this world. I am so disheartened by this experience. 😔

This place is a mess! It’s dirty and has a lot of broken/non working machines. There’s only 2 big washers but they take 32 quarters to use. The rest are the size of a stackable washer (very small) and the dryer I put my quarters into wouldn’t return them when I tried to get them back before I started it because the door wouldn’t latch to keep clothes inside. There was nothing in the detergent machine so I had to go get some from home and come back. Usually you can buy a single use package if you forget yours so that was annoying too. It looks like whoever owns this place doesn’t care about it enough to fix what’s wrong. There’s holes in the wall too. I won’t be using this place again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

I moved to Chillicothe in November. I've been coming here since. They have just replaced all the washers. Which are now $4 a load. The facility is clean and quiet. I love going on a Monday because no one else's there. Their dryers are fantastic (I use the ones in the back - they dry quicker). 5 loads.. $30. Not too bad. Plus, I was done in 2 hours. This is the ONLY place in Chillicothe that I'll do my laundry at.

I love local shops. I typically do not leave scrappy reviews. This place is not worth the money tho. I paid close to $40 to have my husbands coat and scarf cleaned. There was still quite a bit of lint left on both and it had a horrible musty smell afterward. The staff was dumbfounded that I expected it back the same day. Sign advertises 1 hr. cleaning. I ended up going to another shop after I got it back. She had it clean in about 2 hrs. Got the smell out of it all for $17
