Mid City Cleaning Center

*update* I was there recently and hot water is available for the washers. I also found out the temperature for the dryers was increased. So my clothes dried pretty quick. However, don't leave clothing with decals or screen prints in the dryer for long. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Apparently there's a new owner. Prices are insane.. The top load washers are $2.50. double loads $3. Triple loads $5. The huge washers are $7.50. The dryers went from 10 minutes for a quarter to 5 minutes for a quarter. Granted.. the place is cleaner. There's a few new machines. But being the only laundromat in town, since the other one closed, people have to pay these insane prices.

Used to be a really nice place, but since the gentleman who previously owned it retired, the place has spiraled. Everything is filthy, piles of trash and dryer sheets on the floor and under the tables, dead bugs in the washing machines. Went in today and both change machines were completely empty. Nothing is being cleaned, let alone sanitized. I’d be ashamed to run my business this way, especially when it’s the main laundromat in town. Going to start driving to Rio to do my laundry, it’s worth the drive just to have a clean space to work in.

This laundromat needs A LOT of work!!! The washers only work half of the time. I have left plenty of notes explaining in detail what's wrong with the washers many times, and surprise they haven't been fixed! This use to be the best laundromat in town, but now it's going down hill fast. Suggestion try actually fixing something or replacing broken washers.

Changers not working empty. The 3 extra large washers not in operation. People putting their clothes in dryers and leaving for hours tieing them up. Floors never swept.

So sad! This place is nasty and poorly maintained. Obvious by adding self locking doors you had no intentions on coming and cleaning anything. So sad the previous man retired. He was the best and a good person who took great care of mid city Went there today and there is piles of trash all over the parking lot and inside. Thought I was at a laundry mat inside of an inner city. CLEAN THIS UP!
