Cowboy Cleaners

I dropped my brand new clean curtain off at Cowboy Cleaners on 8/10 and paid $8. I asked for them to be hemmed to the length of my desire. I picked my curtain up & was charged an additional $9. When I fully observed my curtain I noticed orange stains all across the bottom. I went back this morning to receive a refund for paying twice & I was told that their system deletes information after you’ve paid, so because of their poor system I was forced to pay twice for trash work. I noticed a lot of signs that emphasized their preference of cash payments, a lot of signs that made sure to negate them for any responsibility of damaged or unsatisfactory work. Receipts are very important to them because they do not organize their payments or work orders in a way that will benefit clientele. Cowboy Cleaners stained my curtain and clearly has zero regard for customers satisfaction. I recommend steering so clear from this company, they do not care about you or your belongings & will give you a low quality experience.

I am so disappointed!!! I have been a customer for so many years. It breaks my heart. That I drop off my Feather Down Comforter. Yes it was there longer than 30 days I have gotten a call in the past when i have not picked up within a week. I went to pick it up I was told it was lost and a supervisor would call me back A week later I had to call back. I was told it was donated. She said it was my fault. I should take care of my stuff if it's expensive. I would like to talk to the owner.

I just brought a formal gown in for a hem and the ladies were so helpful in pinning it for me! They video chatted with the seamstress to make sure she could do what i needed and in the timeframe i needed. They were so helpful and sweet and you literally cannot beat the price! Ive paid close to the price of a gown to have it altered and this was beyond affordable. I cant wait to see my dress! Thank you Team Cowboy Cleaners!

Really bad customer service. They always seem to have an excuse why they cannot dry clean my dress cloths. The one time they took my cloths they lost my expensive suit vest. It’s too bad they are about the only dry cleaners in Los Lunas, maybe if they had good competition they would have no choice but to change the way they do business. In the mean time I guess I will have to take my business to Albuquerque it’s a shame really.
