Brought my Ely Cattleman button up shirt along with my jeans. I wanted my shirt to be pressed and my jeans to be pressed with heavy starch. I brought them in on 5/28/25 and was told both items would be ready by 5/30/25, because I needed them done before the wedding I was in on 5/31/25. I went in on 5/30/25 to pick up my items and they only had my jeans done and stated they wouldn’t have my shirt done until Monday (6/2/25). So I called and called and they basically just said sorry about your luck, so I had to go out and buy another shirt and looked completely different than the rest of the groomsmen. I finally picked up my shirt on 6/3/25, my shirt came back stained and was completely wrinkled. Looks like a 2 yr old had done it, but I still had to pay for it. Absolutely worst experience with a dry cleaning service and customer service.

Ruined my favorite 3 suit it’s gone. They told me willing to pay me to replace my 3 suits but never did. No more Sun City for good.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Due to increase of electricity bill they raise their single session fee from $8 to $20. I think they’re forgetting what their product is… it’s a VERY OLD tanning bed that doesn’t tan very well. The facility isn’t very clean. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place… even to clean your clothes because of how unkept this facility is.

Requested extra heavy starch on a pair of jeans. At pickup I noticed the jeans appeared to have little to no starch on them. I was charged $11+ and I asked why the extra expense and he said it because of the extra heavy . Okay??? They are not extra heavy so why am I paying for it? This business seems to not care !!!

They are the Best. Clean, organized, and convenient. Employees are professional, nice, efficient and a joy. Definitely stop 🛑 here for all your laundry, dryçlean, and tanning needs. Enjoy!!!
