Place is not very well maintained. Multiple washers out of service, we found two marijuana “roaches” on the floor by our washer. Minimum per load price is higher than most laundromats.

If I could rate zero I would! Very filthy place. Washers are disgusting and nothing is maintained. Be very careful walking through there, the concrete is uneven and I tripped and fell. It’s a good thing I’m not elderly yet because that could have been horrible. I see no pride in this business, it’s very sad.

The washers were dirty they did not wash very well the dryers were okay the facility was dirty and I had no bathroom

Many of the dryers are out of service. The last time I was there one of them started smoking, had the person using that one not been present his clothes may have burned up. Most of the washers work but the dryers will take forever to dry your clothes.

Hate to say it, but.... DISGUSTING... Refuse to do my laundry there when it is in the state it is now... There are large black larva coming out of the washers... It smells like the washers haven't been cleaned since 2000... Plus there is actual mold on the fronts of most of the washers. Hartshorn is the place to go folks, don't do your laundry here if you actually want to clean it... Please improve this laundry facility, we have no where else close by, and some of us rely on you....
