Dry clean was done late. Jacket was totally ruined by the cleaning and had large holes. Although I was compensated for the jacket, I was still charged for the other items I cleaned, which should’ve compensated as well as a courtesy.

City Cleaners is the best dry cleaner in town. Their service is excellent, and my laundry always looks perfect. I’ve never had to return an item.
