I have been going to Jonesy’s for years because of the Quality work that they do and of course the customer service but today the customer service went above and beyond it seems that it is easier for people to put bad reviews instead of all the positive ones that occur and today care they had for one of their customers of many was out of this world. I will definitely keep coming back as well as refer all my friends and family to your business For the dry cleaning needs. they definitely care about their customers. Thank you for the great service.

I dropped a winter coat last spring for cleaning. The coat had a very soft pretty wispy fur trim around the hood. I was not warned that the fur trim could be ruined in the cleaning process, which is what happened. The coat came back with the fur looking matted and “burned”. I was not able to brush it out or revive it. It looked like a completely different coat. I was out the cost of the cleaning and my coat. If I had known that was a possibility I would NOT have left it. They should explain this when coats with trim are dropped off. I was disappointed.

Held my daughter’s dress for 4 weeks and changing the estimate 4 times from $100 up to $600. And they still hadn’t decided if they could even do the alterations. Should have warned my child not to go there again after they screwed up her prom dress several years ago but I hoped maybe they had different employees by now when she told me she had already dropped off the dress. Owner wanted me to listen to her excuses but I didn’t have time for that so not sure what they were. I only know they caused my daughter to have an anxiety attack and feel miserable about the entire situation. Definitely will never go to this business again for anything. They may do ok on dry cleaning but there are competent dry cleaners on every corner.

I called and spoke with Cindy. Explained what I needed. She said they specialize in what I needed. I ask how long it will take? She states 2 days. I ask her how much? She tells me $67. I drop off my item. I get a call telling me that my item needs to be sent out because my item has leather in it. I told them it was fine, but I need my item by the 20th, for I have an event where my item will be on display. The 20th comes and it's almost noon and no one calls. I call and speak to a Delmar, he tells me he knows nothing about it. He states that the item is not even there, it is still with the leather company and he is paying to have it over nighted. I told him I want a discount because I am not getting it when I was told I was. He yelled at me over the phone and told me he is eating the cost of overnighting it what more do I want and hung up. Got a call from Tiyana? and was told that as soon as it's delivered, she will call me. My event on the 21st came and went and no item. I personally drove up to Jonesy's on the 23rd and spoke to Jessica myself. She said my item still never came. I asked for the leather company's information. Jessica spoke to Delmar, Delmar offered to bring it to me personally. I wanted to pay on my item in fear of not getting it at all. I left and called the leather company myself and the lady said she would handle it. Come to find out, it was never overnighted, Delmar lied to me when he said he paid to have it overnighted. The leather company personally sent it to me and told Delmar to reimburse me what I paid for it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They don't know how to run a business. They lie. They care more about the money their losing than their customers. I will never return. I wanted to make sure I got reimbursed before leaving a review.

Omg They saved the day!! I could not get the wrinkles out of my dress for my nieces wedding with my home steamer, I was ready to cry! I called the day of the owners were so sweet when I explained the situation and were able to have the dress ready in time . God bless them! The dress is perfect ! I will tell others and I will be back
