A very happy new client👌🏼 the owner was very kind, the lady understood my request and reassured me of what I have had requested it. Also I suggested to get some of my items to be done by the next day. And she did it all at once. I will be there soon for sure. I love that they open very early 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼.

The owner and wife are very unprofessional!! Family members visited the Edgewood Ave Jacksonville Florida location back in September 2024. The cleaners messed up her dress, and it's now December. The owner called her this morning after she spoke with his wife yesterday. He told her she had to pick up the damaged dress and never return to his store. He was very rude and disrespectful, so I gave him a call. I advised him since he felt ok to disrespect a woman... I would gather my family and friends to picket that location respectfully. He called the law and twisted my words. What he failed to realize is I was perfectly within my rights to do so. The officer called me, and after explaining the truth, his lies failed. Don't patronize any of their establishments.

Do NOT have your clothes altered here!!! I have been using their dry cleaning services without any problem so decided to have them hem a new pair of jeans. I specifically asked for an ORIGINAL hem and paid extra for this service. When I picked up my jeans, they were hemmed without the original hem. When I complained about this, the sales woman said that she could only give me $5 back unless she sends my jeans out (at least another week) since they contract with outside tailors to do alterations. Because I was afraid that I would possibly not get my jeans back, I declined and so wasted a ton of money for an alteration I didn’t ask for. Plus, they threw away my original hem so it’s not like I can take it elsewhere to be fixed. I feel like since they acknowledged the mistake they should take accountability and at least reimburse me for what I paid. Very unprofessional, will never return even for dry cleaning.

Unpleasant Experience and Misleading Pricing I recently visited this establishment and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member I interacted with was notably discourteous, frequently addressing me in a manner I found disrespectful. This was particularly surprising to me as someone accustomed to the directness of NYC. Furthermore, there was a significant discrepancy in the pricing information provided. Initially, I was quoted $1 per pound for wash and fold services, but at the time of payment, the price was unexpectedly doubled to $2 per pound. This lack of transparency in pricing was concerning. Additionally, my inquiries about service completion were met with dismissiveness. My first question was ignored, and upon repeating my query, the response was both rude and unhelpful, pointing to a note that had not yet been shared with me. Given these experiences, I chose to take my business elsewhere, as I prefer to support establishments that offer respectful customer service and clear communication. It's disheartening to leave such a review, but I believe it's important for potential customers to be aware of these issues.

The best in Jacksonville, always fast and friendly. Great quality service, I use the dry cleaning services as well as the tailoring services. You can’t beat the turn around time and the price, the best around!!! Super friendly staff too!
