Brite Star Cleaners

I brought 3 items to be cleaned. A white shirt that was laundered, a Tie and a pair of dress pants to be dry cleaned and resize the pants. All 3 were done on time as promised and done right. No issues with the Tailoring of the pants. Very nice professional staff. I will be back.

The people were nice but the cleaning job was very bad. I did not ask for starch on my brand new jeans. They were so starched my cowhide brand labels hardened, shrunk my belt loop area and cracked up. My khaki suite still had spots. I made a mistake going there and ruined a new pair of expensive jeans

I delivered my clothes to the cleaners expecting to have my clothes DRY CLEANED. After going to pick my clothes up I noticed issues with them. A light white film on some, some were not starched as request some were not creased as requested and none were DRY CLEANED as requsted. I was informed that they DO NOT DRY CLEAN clothes all clothes are put in the washer. I advised them if I knew there was no dry cleaning I would not have left my clothes there I would have taken them some place else. I have 3 pair of shorts that seem to have a light white film on them. Those shorts were BRAND NEW POLO SHORTS. i was told by the owner Cindy that she would contact their insurance xompany about the issue. It has been 2 weeks since being advised of that and I have yet to hear from the cleaners or Cindy as of yet. It has been a month since giving my clothes to Brite Star Cleaner without a resolution. I would think that if there is no dry cleaning that the customer would be advised of that before leaving their clothes.If you're looking for a DRY CLEANERS this is not the place to take your clothes I'm hoping also if there is a problem with your clothes that it would be handled better than how I'm being treated. I'm still waiting on a response from BRITE STAR CLEANERS

The people was friendly and did a great job

This is the best dry cleaner in Jax. Everything from wedding dress, alterations, wet press, customer service and ladies church suit, men's tailored suits, pants, shirt...I have been a customer for over four years and it just keeps getting better.
