Our 27 year old washing machine was down for the weekend, so I decided to use this facility to take care of our five loads of laundry.. I visited this laundromat several years ago and had a good experience then, so I opted to try them again.. This facility offers a great range of washing machines for load sizes 2x, 3x, 4x, & 6x, and ample dryers to handle customer throughput.. All of the dryers can handle reasonably large loads, and there's even an 8x dryer available for large items like blankets or comforters.. All of the washers are equipped to receive coins or digital wash cards (more on that in a second), and the five I used operated flawlessly.. For this visit, I used four of the 4x machines and one of the 3x machines.. The washers will accommodate any of your preferred laundry soap (pods, powder, liquid), softener (liquid, pellets), and bleach choices.. If you have questions about how to use them, there's an attendant on duty.. This facility covers all sorts of payment methods, too.. There's a change maker if you prefer to use coins (quarters), an ATM if you need cash $$, and a digital laundry card machine that accepts paper currency or card payments to receive and then load/reload the card.. I purchased the reloadable card ($1) and used it for the entirety of my visit.. Do you want drop-off service?? They have that covered, too, albeit with an additional charge.. At the end of the day, I'd use this facility again when in need.. I plan to use this facility more often for blankets and comforters, too..

I and many of my friends and colleagues have been dry cleaning customers of this location for years and have always enjoyed the friendliness and great customer service that was always consistent. Here of late, I'd say over the last 6 months or so, something has changed. The staff continue to be so amazing and helpful but the manager, Ashley, has changed of late and become very bitter and condescending toward customers to the point of being absolutely rude. I'm not sure what's going on but I would hope the owners would take notice and address this issue as I, a long time customer, and others are no longer looking forward to unpleasant encounters with her. Honestly, I've gone as far as to ask when she's not working so I can drop off and pickup my dry cleaning just to avoid her negativity and hatefullness. I understand issues and stress in life happen and empathize with those struggling with whatever it may be. I do hope however that whatever issue and or stress she is dealing with will get resolved so that she can return to being the very kind individual that I once enjoyed encountering while doing business at this location.

This is a strangely complicated 5-stars. Moderately clean establishment with wash/dry prices consistently increasing. 95% of the employees have attitudes that seem to indicate a terminal case of grouch-syndrome. Conni is probably the singular nice thing to happen to this location in 5 years. She's truly kind and professional, a rare mix these days.

I been washing my clothes here for a couple of months now and no one said that I couldn’t bring in my lil puppy that doesn’t bark just lays in my basket and sleeps because it’s too hot to keep him in the car but today I come in and the worker sherry tells me I can’t bring him in so I took him back outside and lord and behold someone else brought there dog in and she didn’t say a word to them, I will never was here again!!! FYI….no where does it say you can’t bring in your pet either..

I have used this laundromat off and on for the past 27 years and never had any problems, although it was always a little lacking in the cleanliness department. Today I saw the attendant was mopping and walked up to the edge of that area, expecting to be greeted and told that she'd be done shortly or she'd be happy to get my change for me. Instead, "Connie" (she claimed that was her name) told me that I'd have to go back out the door I came in and walk around the building to a different door to get to the change machine. When I said," I'll just walk along the edge here. I have non-slip shoes," and did so, she became physically threatening and blocked me from returning to my machines, all the while verbally abusing me. I stated that I was 70 and didn't want to have to walk around the building to get back to my laundry - but I ended up doing so. As soon as I got back inside the building, I saw Connie allow a younger male customer walk through the area that she had barred me from. I needed more change, so I once again started to walk to the change machine, and Connie accused me of trying to cause trouble by "prancing" around the laundromat. (I'm overweight, elderly, and disabled.) Connie accused me of lying about being disabled and told me to get out. She physically plastered herself across the change machine so I couldn't use it. I said that I just wanted to finish washing the clothes that I had already started and then I would never use that laundromat again and that I didn't want to have to carry sopping wet clothes from the machines to the car. Connie offered to do it for me, so I agreed. She then led me through the same area of the wet floor and removed my clothes from the machines, all the while harassing and attempting to bully me. And then she made a blatantly racist remark by telling me that I thought that I was "entitled" and that I wasn't "entitled." (Entitled to what? Polite customer service?) She took my wet clothes outside and left them on the curb by my car - the baskets with the wet laundry were too heavy for me to lift. This racist and agist young woman lacks basic customer service skills, making her a very poor fit for a laundromat attendant.
