Maytag Laundry

Very clean and organized. Ample room between rows of machines. With clean vending machines and 3 change machines. Brightly lite and plenty of seatingwhileyou wait. Also, I think they do dropoff laundry service here also. Easy entry and exit of parking and the building. Multiple size laundry machines are available. Dryer seemed a little colder running than some I have experienced. You might need to add another quarter to it to get them dry enough.

Machine #8 did not work. It was broke down. No sign on the machine. I put $4.50 plus extra wash $1.00 I need a refund. I'm very upset and there was no employee there to let them know. If there was I couldn't washed my clothes in a different washer and I would've been giving my refund then. Laundromat needs employee in evening and to close due to incidents that can happen and occur time to time. Unhappy and upset customer and how do I get my refund. Signed, G.R.

Workers are crude, dryers leave ur clothes with a funky smell, the machine to by soap is broken, the pop machine also out of order, quarter machine also broken? Oh wait they just haven’t removed it yet new ones on back wall. If ur business has 3 out of order signs it’s time to close shop. Where is the attendant? No where in sight the entire 1hr30min I was here. Owners obviously don’t care at ALL. Thankfully we have a new endless laundry in town with nice helpful attendants. Got here 30 min after they opened and there is trash all over the floor and inside the dryers.

Very nice facility with new extra large capacity washing machines. This place opens at 5 am and closes at 11 pm. Never crowded. Dryers done pretty good at drying with full loads of jeans and only 25 minutes to dry. They would get 5 stars if they added a vending machine and a pop machine that actually worked. There is only 1 restroom but they keep it nice and clean.

Nice upgrade on the washing machines. However the 2 times I been there. The laundry lady was very rude an walked in on me using the restroom. When there was only two people washing and I was one of them. My second visit she kept coming to the door banging on it very hard. Does anyone know who to contact the Owner where I can make a formal complaint?
