I picked up my two dress shirts and was told it cost me $15 and was told the reason so high was because they were polyester blend and needed to be cleaned a special way. one of the shirts came from Walmart and cost $20 🤷🏿‍♂️………I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be doing business here anymore after years of patronage

Let me start by saying the customer service was awesome. The two people I talked to were very helpful. BUT they absolutely ruined my hat. After sending in back for the 3rd attempt I’ve given up on the hat. The brim has been melted and is wavy. There is no structural integrity on it any longer and at this point I’m so frustrated with dry cleaning that I won’t do it anymore. Please don’t tell people yall can dry clean hats.

I know for a fact I’ve dropped clothes off in the evening and they were done the next evening. Apparently that’s too hard to do now. Which is crazy because it’s always empty I guess business is booming though with your worker’s attitudes. And the lady working had the nerve to lecture me about being unprepared? Cool now I know what dry cleaner to avoid.

Good service and enjoy staff. Once you use consistently they actually get to know you by name. Even had an issue with a crease being wrong on a suit jacket and they fixed it. Always good to see someone pride their self in doing it right and fixing it when it’s not.

I have been using Swiss Cleaners for too many years to count, and am in the fashion business too! They are always responsive to any issues and my clothes look fabulous! This is not the least expensive option for drycleaning in town, if that is what you are looking for, by all means go to lots of other places? But if you want someone who will take care of the investment you have made in your wardrobe, this IS the PLACE to have your drycleaning done! I wouldn't take my clothes anywhere else!
