Constant breakdown of the machines, can’t wash sneakers in the washing machine, you have to put cash in the cards and get this they don’t even have an atm machine inside so you have to go to either a bank or a convenience store down the street just to get cash in an atm machine ridiculous .. get with the times we are in 2025 not 1995 and then what really got me was when they told a woman she couldn’t sit in the massage chair which set off an alarm unless she paid for it .. they have a chair that accepts credit cards but won’t have a system setup to take debit cards for the money card… do yourself a favor and go to laundromax

So my partner went to get our dry cleaning and unfortunately was $2 short. He went back to his car because he had tons of change, so he got back with all his change and unfortunately, he was now TEN CENTS SHORT. Now, YOU WOULD THINK after seeing my partner struggling, the individual working at this establishment would have empathy and let it go… cause I mean its only TEN CENTS. But sadly, she refused. My partner had to go to TWO other stores, to get change to get TEN CENTS to get our dry cleaning back. Keep in mind, my partner is a regular customer. It saddened me that my partner was not seen with any empathy or understanding after working a NINE HOUR SHIFT with a ONE HOUR commute to and from work. He works so hard then has to deal with such cruelty. I have worked at these sorts of establishments and I’m certain if the individual working the register explained the situation to the manager I am sure they would’ve understood. Also hello, its a laundrymat you mean to tell me you couldnt find ten cents on the floor somewhere? The lack of help was just so disgusting and disappointing.

Went for the first time and did a drop off. I had called earlier and the guy who answered said it was $1/lb. It was $1.25/lb but no biggie, it could have been a misunderstanding. However, they don't accept debit/credit or take bills over $20 and charged an extra $5 for a children's sized throw blanket when we picked up.
