Laundry hub & Hotspot

Worst place ever!!!! spent $400 in the poker room while laundry was washing the old blonde lady came in running her mouth bout is that your laundry in there? Well u need to get it out!!! Mind u we set a timer and was only 2 mins behind and no others in there doing laundry, no others came in…due to the flooding I thought it would be a great idea to put money into a place that had been affected…I’ll keep away from there!!! No hospitality at all!! Very rude!!! Not very pleasant!!! I’ll never spend another penny in there til she’s gone!!! On God, worst place!!! And the only reason why it’s clean, is bc of the bs that woman shows to the customers… no one goes there so not much cleaning needed!!!

Lady who has the short white hair glasses and dark lipstick really needs to stop being ignorant to my wife. My wife said her name is Jerry. Every time my wife goes in the game room she harrasses her and says things like "oh i feel so bad for your kids" or "maybe you need to worry about you bills more than that room" and when she even goes to the atm she makes a comment like "oh youre not going in that room are you" its none of her buisness what mine and my wife financial ability is. Shes not ignroant to just my wife. She's like this to everybody and its bad for business.

What a HORRIBLE experience! The white haired woman with glasses and undeniable hatred for ALL PEOPLE, is extremely obvious! While washing laundry [oil gas feild] my crew and I took our chances on the poker machines [we always do and spend loads of money quite quickly, which isnt the issue at hand] while going about our business she persistently harassed EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO WALKED THROUGH THE DOORS! making customers stop what they are doing to move vehicles, commenting to "gamblers" to not get lost in that room, coming in to belittle WOMEN MOSTLY and making it known to all around how much money the ladies were putting in the games. While pulling out a fellow crew members clothes and tossing on chair [he had his timer set and walked out to witness her throwing his CLEAN clothes all over chairs, some falling on the floor. We make 2 trips each week [hotel is just up the road however we enjoy having the machines to kill time while awaiting our laundry process to conclude] . Each time [earlier in the day] she immediately greets us with rude , unsavory comments, in regards to the amounts of money WE CHOOSE TO spend on machines! We started with our entire crew and now only arrive with 4 fellas due to her unruly behavior! What employer would allow such destructive behavior, many of the regulars are relentlessly hounded and brutally talked about ruthlessly in front of all ears to listen, to the point many have just collected tickets and left! Thats bill money, taxes, PAYING CUSTOMERS walking out of this establishment and taking money elsewhere!! While witnessing her behavior towards a pretty young lady today [ who must spend time there often and handles the bitter witches behavior with grace something my coworkers have no patience for] that was the straw that broke this camels back! Unprovoked. Unprofessional. Unexceptable. Unbelievable. Degrading. We tend to refer to our new unruly ignorant rostdabouts on job sites as "domino's'. One single poop stain [dominos], can destroy, ruin, unhinge, cause mass negative effects from the inside which can cause mishaps near dangerous equipment and also make good , hard workers, (customers) dissappear, then an entire pipe pad is dismantled and noone sees a damn paycheck, and the days leading up to that conclusion are HELL AND UNPREDICTABLE, NOT PRODUCTIVE AT ALL. THE DOMINO'S EFFECT IS VERY REAL! moving forward, we will no longer be needing the services of this business. We have found another location that is pleased to provide my crew with respect and while conducting our business we do not wish to watch a particular witch bully and wipe her feet on EVERY CUSTOMER walking through this establishments doors! Its Unfortunate, we have made it known on all sites to avoid laundry hub services, which now has quite the negative reputation around us "oil lifers" and our familes! Good day to you fine folks and beware of wickedness that lurks behind the counter at the LAUNDRY HUB AND HOTSPOT! 🫡

There is an older lady who works here who has given me and my children problems since I’ve started going here. The most recent time(today), my babies was chasing a ball from the machines they have(walking and not running and there was only one other person in there who was perfectly fine with them chasing a ball) and she came in and told me that the children wasn’t disciplined and going to the laundry mat isn’t a family outing(had my mom come too to help so it’ll get done faster). The second time she came back, had the audacity to YELL at my kids(2 was mine and one was a friend’s). I bit my tongue and finished. Walked to grab a napkin for the baby’s mess and she had the audacity to ask me if all those kids was mine. I told her “yes they are. They are none of your concern. I’ve seen many kids running, hanging on the doors and climbing on the tables and you never said a word to them, so how about you let ME discipline my children and you do your job.” The AUDACITY she had to ask me if they were all my children. Extremely unprofessional. Remind you, that’s AFTER we spent about $50 in the toy machines on top of $20 for the washers and $45 for the dryers.

I love this laundry mat bc it's always clean, there always not to many people when I come in, and it's so affordable. I never have problems here. I usually come when my dryer has issues at home .. but Everytime I come it's always a nice visit.
