Campus Cleaners & Launderers

My father in law passed away and my wife and her sisters found his old Army uniform in the closet in pretty bad shape. They wanted to display it at the funeral. I took it to campus cleaners on a saturday afternoon and they cleaned and pressed it about an hour so it would be presentable on Monday. Thank you so much! The first two photos were before cleaning and the third is how great it looked when they were finished!

If you want your clothes to be destroyed, you are welcome to use their services! I dropped my silk button up shirt and wool jacket to be dry cleaned ( they were almost spotless, I mostly wanted to refresh them) . After a weeks of excuses that my clothes aren’t ready, or stuff are too busy, or they soaked my cloth, today they finally admitted that they spoiled my cloth( silk shirt they even didn’t show me, even thou I asked for it) . Wool jacket was with some blue stains I never saw before. Lady who work there and the owner looked nervous and made me feel that it was my fault. I left the place very sad and disappointed with their promise to issue me refund. They didn’t give my clothes back. No even apologies I would rather drive to another state than ever again visit this horrible place!

I had a jacket that needed a zipper replaced.I had stopped to inquire the cost to replace the zipper. The gal there told it runs about $35.00. I needed it done so I brought my jacket in. This week I stopped to pick up my jacket and the bill was $59.00. I about fell over as I could have gottten a new jacket for that. I don't know if the gal at the cleaners and the seamstress have communicated the prices.I would have appreciated a call if it was going to be more than $35.00.

Specifically asked that my wedding dress be in a window box. When I got it back it was not. Took over 2 weeks for someone to respond back. They said they would redo it and once I got my dress back again, it was in a window box, however it looks like someone just threw it in there. Was not what I expected. Would recommend people to go elsewhere. Not worth what I paid.

We love campus cleaners. Having a 3 and 5 year old I extremely appreciate the drive up window, more than the fact that I get to leave my laundry, and pick it up CLEAN as it can be a day later. Also folded! With fair pricing and a fast turn around there is not much else to search for! We go city to city, laundry place to laundry place. Coin laundry to drop off laundry. Since we have been in Iowa (July) this has by FAR been our best experience for clean and fast laundry. With reasonable pricing. Thank you Campus Cleaners.
