Wapak Clean Scene

I have been using the Wapakoneta laundromat for almost 3 years and I have never had a problem until today. I use the mobile app which is pretty awesome. It tells me how many minutes I have left on my washer or my dryer. I started my laundry at 10:37am Which takes roughly around 38 minutes to wash. My clothes should’ve been done around 11:17am Which they were, I did not show up until 1126am So my laundry sit in there for nine minutes they removed my stuff and said it was inconvenient for someone else because there wasn’t washers and dryers available. I sat there and I watched and I was OK with it cause I understood but at the same time there was only five cars in the parking lot. With 17 washers available. She wanted a big one, Which there are six of them. Four of them were available. I just don’t like the fact that they thought it was OK removing my laundry when there’s other things available. Also, that same lady did not remove her clothes for 22 minutes But I don’t see her getting her clothes removed. I’m sorry I’m not OK with a grown man touching my underwear. He told me my laundry was in there for over an hour and a half like boy you crazy I have the app called him out on it and he ran to the office didn’t come out until after I left. Another lady pulled me aside and said they pulled my laundry out two minutes After it was done. The lady also told me it’s because the lady that wanted to use that washer was friends with the lady that’s cleaning the laundry mat. Moral of the story I understand people need to use the washer and dryers, but there’s other ones right around the corner they could’ve used. I thought it was rude and disrespectful. Even the worker in the blue shirt. Old lady said sorry honey. I was just doing what I was told. She felt extremely bad.. I will not be back I will go all the way to Celina

Manager was so nice and super helpful today- way above and beyond and exceeded any expectations one might have with a laundromat experience. Hubby and I really appreciated his help and great attitude.

I waited more than 30 minutes for a $15 automated car wash. The results were unimpressive - the back of my car was still filthy, as was the top of my windshield, which wasn’t touched by brushes. I would say the results are MAYBE better than a free gas station car wash, but for the price, I won’t bother again. Where it was washed appropriately, my car looks great. But the inconsistency ruins that.

“Does not guarantee removal of all bugs”… how about none? Paid $10 for the brushes to not once touch the windshield of my car and apparently barely the front because it took nothing besides the light layer of pollen off of my car. Last time I go here and waste my money. At least the area was kept up with, that’s the only reason I give 2 stars.

I am glad I only have to come to the laundry mat once every few years because it is a rip off making people put money on a card and you can't get it back. And if you ask the old woman cleaning, how to start the machines, she acts like you are stupid. I might have to get a bigger washer at home to avoid this place in the future.
