HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I took a dress shirt and suit to be dry cleaned. The suit coat came back with press marks (looks like the temperature used was too high) and the shirt collar was melted. When I called the owner, she was very defensive immediately and would not let me talk. I had to hold the phone away from my ear as she spoke so loudly (guilt?). She refused to take responsibility for the shirt (I wasn’t even asking her to fix the suit coat). I have dry cleaned this shirt and suit numerous times at another dry cleaner with no issues, yet she told me this happens all the time. It’s too bad that this LOCAL shop doesn’t want my business.

Love this place, love these people. We have been doing business with them for what? Maybe 30 years or more. NEVER a problem in all that time. I just heard they take credit/debit cards now at both locations. We are lucky, Lake area people, to have such quality cleaning service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... SIX stars on a five-star scale.

Really wonderful place!!! I love the workers and hardly ever have issues with our clothes when we get them back. The staff even remembers us by name!
