Buyer beware! I called (Just before 2 on 15NOV24) to verify the pricing to get a very expensive Santa suit dry-cleaned. I was then told (by someone with a very heavy southern accent) twenty dollars for each piece of a suit ($40) and a couple dollars extra because it was crushed velvet. When I dropped off the suit, I verified this price once again then asked if they could ozone it due to it being in storage. I was then told it would be an additional ten dollars for the ozone treatment. So I planned to spend a little over $50 to have everything completed. When they contacted me later on the next week. They informed me that it would be over $70. The woman got very defensive and said she had talked to the owner after I left and that the price had changed even though I was never contacted about this. I knew If I did not pay this amount I would not get the suit back. If you are randomly going to change the prices , you should contact the customers and let them know. This is just a bad business altogether.They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to drop your stuff off and then they'll charge you whatever they feel like they need to. On top of all this I did not get the discount that they post about dropping things off on Sundays and Tuesdays. Just another bad business....

I have never written a negative review but this is definitely a place I would not recommend going. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. They smoke in front where the cars are parked. They then proceeded to ask me to turn off my car because the exhaust was bothering them. By the way it’s 80 degrees and I have puppies in the car. They make there customers accommodate with there needs. They should not be smoking in the front and instead in the side of the building or in the back. This will be the last time I ever go. There is a great laundry mat on the blvd next door they will have my money. Entitlement. How is a exhaust bother you but you smoke every hour of the day? It doesn’t make a lot of sense. In conclusion save your money!!!!

I was able to do my laundry here with no complications the kind lady that locks up at night allowed me to go run and do a few other things, I told her I will be a few mins late to put my clothes in the dryer and she told me "that its cool ill lock up and unlock it for you when you get back to change the load" it's sad that she gets rude people coming in to do their clothes and disregard the sign on the door that says "last load at 10:30, and we lock up at 12" but try to come in later then that, sometimes people can be very ungrateful to kind people. the dry cleaning lady is very sweet when i get to catch her after work before she gets off, and listen to a short story some day, then she always leaves me off on a good day.

Locked my clothes in building and left before sign says closed. The lady watched me put my clothes in washer I drove to store came back and it's locked. Had someone call owner. They said they can't help. It says last load 1030 I was back by 930 to dry clothes now I have to hope they're not ruined.

Doing laundry here is cheap and convenient. I come to wash blankets and it's better than washing them at my apartment building. The ladies that work at the dry cleaners side are super nice and the young lady who locks up is all so nice. Thank you for being open
