Vanderberg Clean

We recently hired Vanderberg Clean to tackle carpet cleaning for two high-traffic rooms in our home—which, with six kids and six animals (two dogs, four cats), see more than their fair share of messes. Despite our many efforts to clean our 15+ year-old carpet using a high-quality cleaner, the buildup of pet accidents and hairballs felt impossible to fully eliminate. We even considered ripping out the carpet and installing LVP flooring with a large area rug, but the cost held us back. That’s when we turned to Vanderberg Clean, drawn in by their impressive online reviews. From the very first interaction, we knew we’d made the right choice. Michelle responded to our online inquiry almost immediately and made the scheduling process quick and hassle-free. After reviewing the quote, we booked our cleaning for the following week. Our technician, Dave, was an absolute standout. Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough, he took the time to explain every step of the cleaning process and helped us feel confident that the job would be done not just well, but done right. He even gifted us a handy spot cleaning product for everyday use, which was such a thoughtful bonus. Best of all, Dave reassured us that if we noticed any lingering odor or missed spots after drying, they’d return at no extra charge to readdress those areas. To sum it up: wow! Vanderberg Clean exceeded our expectations in every way. Their customer service was fantastic, their pricing was more than reasonable, especially given the condition of our carpets and the results were impressive. We had Vanderberg techs Ben and Dave come to clean up the carpet in our spare bedroom because kittens that an old roommate owns did their business outside of their litter box. Within the 2 hours they were there, they made everything seem brand new. Cannot recommend these guys enough. If I ever have any needs that fall within what they do, they are the first ones im calling.

We had an excellent experience with Vanderberg! We had our floors (laminate and carpet) throughout the house cleaned and we are so happy with the result. The crew that came out was great- very easy to work with, kind and respectful. We will be using then again in the future!

Dave and Kevin did an awesome job on getting the carpets cleaned considering the condition of them, very bad spots, main traffic areas and also some wax spilled. They did their thing and the carpets turned out great. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a professional job well done.
