I brought my Pendleton blanket in for an annual cleaning. This was my first time coming to Burtol's, and they did not disappoint. The employee was very friendly, the price was affordable, and they did a great job. I am very happy with the service and will be coming back again.

I dealt with the Fairview Road location for years ... and the last 10 years I have used the St Paul location. I have never once been disappointed in the cleaning results; and, the counter service is always helpful, cheerful and pleasant. This is a small business that always goes the extra mile!

Awful experience. If I could give less than a one star I would. DO NOT bring anything nice here!!!! We brought a brand new expensive dress shirt here purchased 3 days before only worn once for 3 hours at my grandfather’s funeral. It came back ripped with the sleeves attempted to be re sewn on. Owners admitted to wrecking the shirt and refused to compensate the expenses. Will never recommend or return.
