First time I a laundromat in 50 yrs. The attendant (Davy) was a great help in navigating the machines which made my time a pleasant one. The facility was spotless. While doing the laundry I walked to the local Tim Hortons and had a coffee and a bite to eat.

Extremely disappointing experience. The male staff member is unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. He clearly has no idea how to speak to customers with basic respect or courtesy. It’s shocking how someone like that is even allowed to deal with the public. On top of that, they don’t have proper sanitation facilities, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or health.

Today on july 8pm i visited with my 2 yrs old baby while i was entering my baby arm was banged with the door but gentleman who was i think belongs to gujrati community may be the owner of laundromat was very rude, mean with us i requested to him please let me just dry my clothes but he said pay me$5 as a bribe to him on the top of drying charges. I was literally crying and requesting non stop to him to dry my baby clothes because our machine was out of working came to know 1 hr before, is it was appropriate for him he showed me how cruel, selfish he was. He didn’t ask me for the baby situation and was saying me pay $5 if u want to dry your clothes… really dissatisfied feeling embarrassed why i went there.. totally helpless on that time just crying..really he deserve humanity lesson

It was a closing time and we reached on canada day. Owner was so friendly he allowed us to do laundry. I recommend to go here anytime and you get water are refill
