City Wide Dry Cleaners

What a wonderful experience and such a fantastic staff. This local business really cares and provided me exceptional service. The owner really went out of their way to make me feel like I was the best customer. This was my first visit and I will be returning. So proud that in Woodstock we have such amazing local owners that care about everyone, I was not just a number.

My fiancé dropped his suit ff to be dry cleaned at City Wide Cleaners. Being the typical man he is he didn't end up picking it up when he was told it would be ready and said I will grab it tomorrow (Saturday). He shows up to pick up his suit, of which he is to wear on Monday for our wedding. When he showed up, he just missed the 2pm window and they were closed until Tuesday. He was naturally very upset with himself and wasn't sure how we were going to get a suit in time for our ceremony on Monday. I did some investigation and long story short was able to get in contact with the owner. I explained everything that happened, and she was so kind and understanding of the situation and we were able to make a plan to go and pick up the suit on Sunday!!! Finding people like this in this crazy world is truly becoming more and more rare. I could honestly go on and on about how much this meant to me and my now husband

Do not use this dry cleaner!! They are unprofessional and untruthful. Unwilling to make things right. I took in my white duvet and when I went to pick it up, it was packaged nicely in plastic. She proceeded to tell me there were some pink spots on my duvet. I was extremely upset as it came in with no stains. After a poor explanation of how they might have got there, she asked if I wanted to see it. What a mess!!! It is no longer white and has pink stains on it. She then said she would not charge me for the dry cleaning. She offered to call the manufacturer to see if she could do anything. She did not offer to reimburse me for a new duvet. She totally ruined it. It's garbage. She, the owner, needs to take responsibility for her mistake and make it right to her customers satisfaction. Beware!

Brought in some older shirts with yellowed collars and they did a fabulous job getting them whitened again. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

UPDATE - shortly after my initial review I was able to reach them and I picked up the rug. It was very well packed to keep it clean and they did a great job. Looks new! Thank you I dropped off an area rug for cleaning about 3 weeks ago. I’ve been trying to reach you for the past 2 days as turn around time was 3 weeks (we’re going into week 4). Your voicemail is not setup. If you see this review can you please return my call?
