Do not use this place the ppl who run it are rude! Machine ate my quarters and I closed door couldn’t stop the machine . I asked the gentleman at convenience store for my 6 dollars back said no. Nothing he could do owner wasn’t in Canada. He was very rude. Don’t give these ppl buisness!!! Place is in kept and dirty

If I could rate this at a negative 20, I would. Do not suggest using their business. I frequent laundromat facilities often in different areas. This one I stopped by on my way to do errands. Filthy is not the expression I would use. I took the time to sweep the floors from front to back, emptied the garbage can which was over flowing onto the ground at the front entrance. Maintenance room left open, I was able to access a broom and dust pan and placed the garbage bag in the room to which I locked and closed the door afterwards. I didn't think of taking photos before I tidied, was too distracted by the lack of work ethic seen. Cob webs, from corner to corner. Dirt and dust in ventilation....not to mention a major fire hazard. There was a man here, who used a perfectly good hand towel assuming it was provided by the laundromat at the sink, he rinsed it then left, came back and it was no longer white, now a gray/black after I saw him wiping down his car. I went to the convenience store next door, to ask for the owner/operator only to find out they are not here and are in the states, he says he is the one who comes over to "clean" the facility after closing the store at 11pm. I expressed the condition of the laundro-mat and he showed zero signs of concern. Will not be returning.

Overall, I had a good experience at this laundromat. I got my clothes cleaned in under 2 hours. There are at least 10 washers and dryers at this location. The washers come in three sizes, depending on the amount of clothes you have, but it costs more the bigger the washer. I'm giving 4 stars because the attendant was extremely helpful and courteous. I'm removing 1 star for a technical reason: the washers and dryers only take quarters and are older. Aside from that, good laundry option in Caledonia

I normally go to Bubbles in Dunnville so had exspectation that were not met so I left without doing any laundry. Was more comfortable waiting till I was in the next town. Was just to sloppy and old for me to feel clean. Sorry but we all have exspectation of such places and if you do not measure up its just how it is, no big deal.

Absolutely totally unprofessional, I asked them to price me out for dry cleaning. BEFORE CLEANING, they said they would call me with a quote… I get a text message saying my stuff is ready. I was furious… Then I asked the price… $74… This is total highway robbery.
