Mark and his team are the epitome of good service. I don’t say this lightly, and I don’t normally leave reviews. They’re affordable and efficient, went above and beyond and delivered it all with a smile. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely terrible service all round. Booked a collection on 10 Jan. Nobody turned up to collect - had to call to arrange the collection. Admittedly we forgot about the dry-cleaning but had heard nothing by March. Called, informed that they had tried to contact me but then 'moved on' as they had heard nothing (I had no emails or missed calls). I was informed they would return it on the Monday - nobody turned up. Called again the following week - apologies, we will return the item on Monday - again nobody turned up. Called again 'it was my child's parent's evening, I would have called but the number you put on your order is missing a digit' - I have checked - that is untrue - the telephone number on my account is correct, they are just totally disorganised and didn't bother to contact me. Overstretched, disorganised - avoid. Use a local dry-cleaner instead.

What a fantastic service from Start to finish My Canada goose coat was a big challenge as it was light coloured and extremely dirty It has come back like brand new !!!!! Amazing service….picked up and delivered within a week Definitely recommend 5stars

Mark drycleaned my Canada goose and essentially restored it to be be like the day I got it. The down feels fluffier and the fur has been brushed nicely. Excellent customer service and very reliable
