The best dry cleaning, and the kindest team :) I dropped off two evening dresses for dry cleaning (very last minute!) As it’s the week before Christmas, I didn’t think they‘d be able to squeeze me in, but somehow they did! The lady at the desk was absolutely lovely. She was so calm and reassuring as I asked questions, and was so careful with my dresses. They said next day collection was no problem at all, and I left really happy with my receipt (recycled paper too! 🥰) The next day I went to collect at just before 5pm, but it was closed. (Fridays close at 4pm) I called the number and explained my timing error, and that I had a Christmas party in a few hours. It was completely my fault, but the very kind lady said her husband or daughter would come and open the shop to get them. They were with me in 10 mins, and the dresses are perfect. You couldn’t ask for better service, or kinder people. Thank you again, I definitely love Love Laundry :)

Absolutely disgusted in this place handed me back my jacket like this! When I called up to complain a very rude man was at the other end of the phone he refused to give me a refund even denying it was anything to do with him ! Then he had the cheek to say it happed because my suit is from 2018 and it’s old! Finally he offered to sew the button back on but I have to drive all the way back up and wait for him. I have a funeral to arrange and don’t have the time today which he didn’t care about with his smug attitude !

Friendly, professional staff. Very reasonably priced, much cheaper than the high street cleaners. The results of eco dry cleaning our lined curtains are amazing. Colours are vivid, stains are gone, beautifully pressed and no chemical smells. Highly recommended.

We have used Love Laundry for a number of years for our holiday rental business. The service is always FIRST CLASS, the bedding and towels are perfectly laundered and the owners (and all staff) couldn’t be more helpful. I was surprised to read the last couple of reviews. They bear absolutely no resemblance to the service I have ever received. As an aside, as a holiday property owner, I find it hard to believe a customer would only have one set of items to clean (hence the urgency for a 4 day turnaround). Surely you would have a minimum of 3 - one in use, one being cleaned and one ready for the next guests?! It’s always a pleasure doing business with Love Laundry.

A very aggressive approach just like a previous review by the male owner. I was told if I didnt like their 4 day wait time I am more than welcome to take my laundry elsewhere. I really didnt want to. I think I was told this about 4 times while I was trying to find a solution of how to work with them, so in the future I could get my laundry quicker etc as its for a holiday cottage. He didnt want my business and didnt care. They might Love Laundry but not customers. I also got in the car and wanted to cry.
