Dry cleaned my Six Stories bridesmaids dress perfectly! After the wedding it was covered in make up, dirt from the floor and spilt drinks. I took it here for dry cleaning and it’s come back spotless! See before and after pics of the bottom of the skirt. I’ve also had multiple pairs of trousers and a men’s suit altered here and have been happy with the result.

I’ve had a couple of pairs of trousers fixed in the crotch area and some dry cleaning done/considering the cheapest option for dry cleaning is in Salford and these guys are around the corner, it was well worth the price. And they are friendly delivering a quality service. Thanks for saving my overpriced Lululemons!

Double check your ticket to make sure the right collection date has been selected. Be prepared to go to Bolton to collect your clothes if your dry cleaning isn’t ready on time. Brought 3 coats to be dry cleaned and the older man said they would be ready for Friday. He then marked our ticket for Saturday and we did not notice or double check the ticket because we had verbal confirmation for a Friday collection (our mistake). When we came back on Friday he insisted he said Saturday and that we would have to come back on Saturday. Unfortunately we were traveling early Saturday so had to drive to Bolton to collect the dry cleaning. Luckily it was ready when we arrived at Bolton.

I love smart city talors. They are professional and timely. They were able to alter my wedding dress and bridal dress. Alterations without added fabric. They are kind, and call you by your name. They are quick to answer the phone and and make efforts to book you an immediate appointment without the fuss of trying to book online. Highly recommended. Facilities are clean and quiet part of town.

Extremely disappointing. After bringing in a favourite silk dress for cleaning ahead of attending a wedding the following week, I collected the item to find patchy colour fading and ink runs. Nobody mentioned this or apologised on collection and on bringing the dress back in the blame was placed on me. I was questioned as to whether the dress was already like this, they demanded photographic evidence of the item prior to cleaning and made me feel like a fraud, as though I was trying to cheat them out of money. There was little in the way of an apology, just excuses, and no offer of any compensation or even a refund for the cleaning until I specifically asked for this. Extremely disappointing, I will not be coming back and would advise anyone getting items cleaned here to take detailed photographs beforehand.
