Took a large bundle of clothing in before going into hospital to give birth. I requested stain removal and for colours to be kept separate (I took these in different bags to save staff the bother of sorting). I was advised this could be done. I was able to collect in a couple days. Once home I sorted the clothes and realised they seemed as if they were never washed, they were just as dirty and didn’t even slightly smell of detergent. Some even had more stains somehow and are very itchy, due to my life’s circumstances at the time I didn’t have time to go back and complain. I spent £75 to have my clothes cleaned and instead I’m having to rewash it all at home. Upsetting.

I got my winter duvet cleaned 1 Yr ago and the rest was amazing. Now 1 Yr later I'm contacting them again to take it back in and get it cleaned fresh for next winter. Staff are so nice. Very pleasant and worthwhile visit. 1st class Job
