The owner personally took care of the adjustments and ensured everything was done quickly, even walking my items out to my car. I am so happy and amazed at how well my wedding dress got treated. After my outdoor rainy wedding my dress was a mess! I was told some of the lace would hold the dirt which was understandable but it came out better than I expected. I would 100% recommend them for any bride. Amazing work.

I had a rough day with my 92 year old mom that suffers with dementia. She has this really old coat that she absolutely loves and the zipper stopped working. Level 10 emergency for her. I took it by the shop to see if they could replace the zipper for me. At this point, I didn’t even care about price - I just needed it done. The owner (what a great man), looked at it to attempt to make some adjustments. He tried and tried and got it to work! I was so overwhelmed by the day, that I cried. Anyone that has been witness to this disease will understand. So, thank you so much for taking your time to help me and the kindness that you showed will not be forgotten. Although, you’ve always been our go-to place, you have a forever customer.

Great customer service! My first time using Hazel Dell Cleaners. Owner even brought my clothes out to the car. Highly recommend! Will be going here for now on.

Had the greatest experience here, called about 3-4 different dry cleaners and none can turn me around SAME DAY. Dropped off 9 am and picked up 5 pm same day. Best place in Vancouver area would def recommend!
