not very clean .. half the washers DON’T work once you insert your coins and using your card works 10% of the time .. you have to put detergent in first before paying and when the washer won’t start you have to switch to another and lose detergent .. zero stars

I travel for work and have been to many laundromats around the country. This location is average in quality. The store and machines are clean, no mold or water leaks. I actually saw the lady cleaning when I came in. The attendant was friendly and tried to help but even she was having difficulty with getting the machine to accept any form of payment. They are definitely more expensive than other places. It was over $11 just to wash a triple load. The machines need servicing as every machine I used the coins kept getting stuck making it very difficult to start the loads. They do accept card payment but the larger machines will not accept payments over $10 making you do multiple transactions. It was very irritating that it was so difficult to pay and simply start the loads. I would be nice if the switch to a different payment processor. DexterPay has been at most laundromats I’ve been to and have no complaints or difficulty using the app. For the price point and difficulty I’d recommend a different place.

So the sign says put add detergent before paying. But it never even bother clearing the soap with water. I wait an few mins and nope I just paid $10.00 to wash my clothes with no soap. Place is not cheap. And more than half of their dryers are out of service along with washing machine. Sad at the cost of laundry and machine don't work. One thing in Oregon, they have no where to wash your hands I understand about the restrooms. But where u are having ppl dealing with bleach and items like (bleach) would think it's would be important to have a wash area. For many many reasons. Beach around and no way to get water. Hmmm. But that's all laundromat in Oregon?? Maybe??

First of all this place is very expensive I spent over $40 to do 3 large load's. There was no attendant at anytime so you can't use the restroom. The machine's didn't take debit cards like they say. The washer's and dryer's didn't get hot and I paid extra on the washer's for the hot cycle. I dryed my clothes for 45 minutes and they still came out just barely warm not hot at all a few things had wet spots. Needless to say I won't go back!!!

This place has a mega-sized dryer that is even bigger than their super-mega sized washer! Didn't need to use it, tho. Just keep in mind that the place automatically locks the front doors [somehow]. They have signs posted, but they have a lot of information posted everywhere, and ppl take the signs down to use the tape for their own fliers, sadly. I found out the hard way; I took an armful of clothes to my car and I thought I had the door propped open so when I turned to get the rest of my laundry, the place was locked up. Luckily, I had paper so I was able to slip notes in with my name and number on it. The owner called me back promptly when they opened, and I was able to get my clothes back😁😉
