Excellent service every time! A rarity these days for dry cleaning stores.

I have been working with Mt Hood Window covering for well over 4 or 5 years now. From the ladies who answer the phones, (Mandy and Brittney) to the techs that come to my property. They are a great group of people. I don't think you'll be disappointed with the services they offer.

I had my blinds cleaned & I'm very happy with the results. The blinds range in age from 15-25+ years & with the pandemic, etc... they haven't been professionally cleaned in a few years... yuck!! The Tech came & took them down, wrapped them securely & was back in two days to put them back up. Very nice guy, BTW. I highly recommend!⁸

I had a load of laundry done by this business a while ago. Despite being told that my wash and fold order would be done in two days, I didn’t receive my clothing back until five or six days later (this includes a weekend, of which they are closed). Three weeks ago my brother took in his personal wild land firefighting uniform to have them mend some holes/tears. Yesterday after coming back from a fire, he went in to inquire about his order and his clothing had not even been worked on. Today he receives his order and a relatively small hole in the shoulder of the shirt was entirely patched over with with a giant patch of non fire resistant material~ making his shirt unusable for his job due to non compliant material. Both experiences were reconciled with discounts and free of charge but the inconvenience still remains. I don’t know what’s up with this dry cleaner but I’ll probably drive out to Gresham if I need a dry cleaners ever again, unfortunately, to avoid the trouble.

Took in a 3 piece suit- first and only time I’ve worn it, first time cleaning it. Showed the woman behind the counter I had a jacket, pants, and a vest. Went to pick it up, they lost the vest. I dropped it off in a clothing bag- one of theirs that they gave me years ago. I’m told the 3 pieces listed on the tag I was given is for the jacket, pants, and bag- they say I never had a vest. Even though I showed the woman there that it was in fact in the bag. To add insult to injury- I received ANOTHER bill in the mail- after paying to pick up my partial suit. They said they’d look for it, but confirmed today that I never had one to begin with. After all these years, I’m not paying them any more money and will NEVER go back. Other reviews on here confirm they lie. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody.
